Would be nice, but that would require a kickstarter and be expensive. Seeing how hard it has been to get the Indianapolis Motor Speedway licensing has been hard in the past. Yeah, those old fogeys are really strict and expensive. And yet they endorsed "Turbo". Any news on Simpsons Pinball Party? None, and it would be just as bad. Although Matt Grenoing (or however its spelled) would be willing to, FOX would charge quite a bit for the use of the franchise. And as far as IMS goes, it's the two sisters that own the Speedway now. Since Tony George isn't in charge, everything be expensive as far as licensing, tickets, etc etc. I live a mile from the track and they have shown they are not interested in anything but money in they way they handle everything now. They only endorsed Turbo for $$$$ as well.

But, FOX also owns the Terminator franchise, and they were able to get that board. I know you'd have to pay them and the voice actors for what they did. I know George was kicked out, considering that I also live in Indianapolis and follow the news about the track (not as religiously, but I do follow).

And that's why we have Kickstarters The top 5 Non-Licensed tables I want to see are: #1: Jackbot #2: Banzai Run #3: Sorcerer #4: Millionaire (Williams table from 1987) #5: Gladiators (Gottlieb pinball table)

Think I'm going to start doing reviews of the pinball machines on the pinball arcade. First up: 1. Scared Stiff Designed by: Dennis Nordman, Mark Wenya Art by: Greg Freres Software by: Mike Boon, Cameron Silver International Pinball Database ranking: #17 Plot: Elvira, Mistress of the Dark has six tales to tell. Can you get them all to be scared stiff? Object: Complete the six objectives (tales) to get into the scared stiff mode. The tales are: -Night of the leapers: Hit the three leapers on the play field. If you activate leaper mania by hitting a certain amount of leapers, hit five more for an extra ball. Each leaper mania after will give you points. -Eyes of the Bony Beast: Shoot the left ramp three times. -The Monster's lab: Hit the jet bumpers 20 times. -The Stiff in the Coffin: Shoot the left loop three times after lighting the lock via Bony Beast. Three ball multi-ball begins. Alternate shooting right and left ramps. -Terror from the Crate: Hit the crate a certain amount of times. Activates two ball multi-ball. Hit the crate as much as possible. -Return of the Deadheads: Complete the top rollovers. Completing the set more times increases the multiplier and can award an extra ball. Once all those are completed, scared stiff lights up. Shoot the crate to start it. Complete alternating ramp and crate shots to activate monster multi-ball (with four balls.) All jackpots become lit. Wizard mode: Stop the spider on every single task below. It's not easy. Shoot the right loop when the spider hole is lit. Reactivate it by shooting the right ramp. Pros: -Channeling wizard mode -Great Elvira sound clips. -Easy to pick up for beginners Cons: -Too easy for veterans perhaps Should you get it?: Absolutely. Especially if you love Elvira. There's still enough of a challenge here to make this game have great replay value.

TPA livestream is on now where they will be previewing and giving away Lights, Camera, Action! www.twitch.tv/farsight_studiosNew review 2. Attack from Mars Designed by: Brian Eddy Art by: Doug Watson Software by: Lyman Sheets Jr. International Pinball Database ranking: #13 Plot: Object: Save the 5 countries and attack Mars! Do this by shooting the forcefield targets and making a number of shot towards the saucer. Wizard mode: Rule the Universe by accomplishing these 6 tasks: -Super Jackpot: Accomplished in regular multi-ball. Make all the ramp and loop shots and then hit the random shot that flashes. -Super Jets: Hit the jet bumpers 100 times -Martian Attack Multi-Ball: Light the letters in martian on the playfield, then hit the stroke of luck hole -Total Annihilation: Activate all the hurry-ups -Conquer Mars: Destroy all 5 countries and Mars. -5-Way combo: Pretty self explanatory. Make five consecutive loop or ramp shots after you have completed the hurry ups. Afterwards, a green light will be lit at the stroke of luck hole. Shoot that to start the mode and then make all the shots. Pros: -Hilarious dialogue. -Amazing rules. Cons: None. Should you get it?: This is just about as perfect a table as you can get. One of my favorites.

Still can't get the last wizard goal I need for AFM, which is the 1B Hurry-up. I always seem to get it at 2 or 3 before hitting the middle targets by mistake.

Another one I can't get it is the last standard goal for Tales Of The Arabian Nights, the harem one. And the Goin Nuts goals i can't even figure out even after reading the explanations.

I think I'm having trouble with that one too, I know there's always one mode that takes me ages to complete whereas everything gets completed within a minute or two. And that's why I usually get only one wizard mode per game on that table. And then I get pissed and play Scared Stiff instead.

To Wakko:
-The Billion Point hurry up is tough. Best thing I can tell you is to try and get two on each one, then get third on one of the ramps. Took me a while but finally got it a few days back. -In Tales, your best bet is to shoot the harem shot just before the edge of the flipper but not too early. One big hint, if it is on tiger loop, hold the ball. It switches on a timer. -Goin Nuts: 1. Extra squirrels: (complete all the banks of targets 4 times.) 2. Get timer to 180 seconds: (Each drop target adds 3 seconds on 3 multi ball and 2 on 2 multiball. This one is INSANELY hard and is the only standard goal I have yet to beat and I have all the tables.) 3. Roll unders: (re-activate multiball. Best way is to shoot the white target on the far right side by flipping the ball on the left flipper right at the end.) 4. Get 250K bonus (best way is to just hit those targets a lot. 5 1M: (Same.)

Thanks for the tips. Don't sound like it's gonna be easy, but I'm keeping at it.

I just purchased the pro version of Scared Stiff and the family mode is supposed to be off but it's obviously still on. What gives? It just isn't the full experience without the heavy-handed innuendo!
Edit: nevermind, I figured it out. I didn't realize you need to keep the operator mode active for the family mode to be off. It kind of sucks because you can't save your score while in the operator mode. :/
Does anyone know of a way to keep the family mode off during normal play? Maybe by switching some files around?
