I kind of wonder what other wrestlers could benefit from this... Jake and Scott were the two biggest names, but the way Anvil's been acting lately he could easily slide into third place... Sadly most of the other wrestlers that could've used it are already gone.

I really hope this works. Scott Hall has been such a mess for so long that people often forget just how great he was. For my money, he was one of the most underrated workers for a good portion of his career.

Sadly most of the other wrestlers that could've used it are already gone. Marty Jannetty comes to mind. Definitely Matt Hardy.

So I got ahold of DDP Yoga have started doing it with a couple of my friends. Little bit of background, I'm 28, 5' 7" and 155 pounds. I lift and run, already so I'm definitely not a candidate for the transformations page on the website. Still, I wanted to give this a shot even though I've never really been into yoga. I figured if it could help me become more flexible and strengthen my core, it'd be worth my time.
I'm pretty impressed so far, the beginners workouts are pretty easy but if I make sure I have good technique(i.e. making sure my muscles are engaged at all times) I'm huffing and puffing by the end of them. I feel absolutely great after each workout too. Just tried out Diamond Cutter and it completely kicked my butt.
The diet advice is pretty good too, but it's not too awful surprising. Basically, just eat healthy, natural whole foods. I don't follow the plan exactly, but if anything it's helped my self control a bit.
I still lift and run and the has been great for my form. I noticed a slight increase in my bench that I wasn't expecting after a couple weeks of the yoga. Overall, I'm pretty impressed and I'm really enjoying it. I'm just hoping my out-of-shape buddies start seeing some results.

This is a brief phone message Scott Hall left for Dallas.
It's awesome.
It's a nice recording that let's us know where Scott's head seems to be at right now in regards to this process.
Jake looks amazing btw.

Someone should film this stuff and make it into a TV series or a feature-length documentary. This is sort of like the opposite of what Morgan Spurlock did for Supersize Me.

This seriously almost feels too good to be true, even though it is true. What an inspirational story and a wonderful thing to share with people who have given up on themselves. If Hall does truly make that change, that is a goddamn miracle considering the many years that this has been going on and destroying him. Hell, if they ever did condense this whole thing down into a 2 hour documentary, how great would it be for it to end with Hall and Roberts going into the HOF and thanking DDP for helping them make the journey back on the right path, cut to DDP in the audience, teary eyed (I would assume) and just gleaming with how proud he is of both of them. What a ending that would be.

I think he deserved it before doing the unthinkable with Jake but this puts it over the top.

One word out of Scott Hall's mouth sounds like it has his fake accent, the next one sounds normal. Still, it's good to see and hear him having a casual conversation like this.

Someone should film this stuff and make it into a TV series or a feature-length documentary. This is sort of like the opposite of what Morgan Spurlock did for Supersize Me. It was insinuated by one of Hall's friends on a recent podcast that DDP had "cameras following Scott Hall around" prior to him coming to the house. It's all going to be a reality show, or at least a pitch for a reality show. Which means some aspects aren't 100% reality. No camera crew would have been at Hall's place filming him prior to a "random phone call offering help" if it wasn't basically staged for the show.

Nothing is reality when you have the cameras going, no matter what. Even family home movies will paint themselves better than they would otherwise if the cameras were off. The difference being is that a lot of reality television will add drama or have the people do something such as going to a theme park or participating in a scavenger's hunt or something...anything to add interest. Everything I've seen here isn't doing that. It's all about exploring personal demons and getting better, nothing silly...no crazy contests...just going from point A to point B. There's no drama to be added, because it's dramatic as it is already since we know what the stakes are.

Right, but for instance, it was already decided he was going to come to the house and participate in the program with DDP before they had to "film the setup for it with a phone call."

Not that he needs it now, but how awesome would it be if Tyson joined the house? You'd have the Snake, the Bad Guy and the Most Dangerous Man on the Planet under the same roof. Feel the Bang!
