The UnAmericans (I think comprised of Test, Regal, Christian, and Lance Storm), might qualify.

The incredibly short lived "Union" stable, rebelling against the Corporation. Mick Foley, Test, Ken Shamrock and.....nope drawing a blank. Al Snow? Bob Holly?
Wait...Big Show?

The New Blood in WCW - They were rebelling against the older regime of The Millionaire's Club, I think.
Also, Does The Alliance in 2001 count as a rebellious stable as they were united against The WWE for putting them out of business?

Right To Censor: Rebelling against the moral decay of what the 'Attitude Era" has brought to wrestling in the WWF. (You could also include the Straight Edge Society under this umbrella, as a heel team who sees the moral fibers of mankind unraveling and want to lead people on the right path.)
As far as your typical jackass rebel stable, the Fuyuki-Gun would fit just fine.

Vince was also a member for, like, a week or two, wasn't he? So it's said once Shane took over the recently merged Corporation & Ministry. Vince was there until he was revealed as the Higher Power. (Yeah I got lazy and went through Wikipedia. The "Union of People You Oughta Respect, Shane" is the actual name Mick used, not "Son" as Wikipedia would have you believe.)
