I agree with Queen and Paul Rodgers, I tried listening to a song of theirs when it came out to Guitar Hero 4 and I almost fell asleep On a band that most never cared about.....I absolutely HATE new Panic! at the Disco. The original was awesome, and then Vices and Virtues came out with the new singer and the only song I was only able to get into was "Ballad of Mona Lisa" and even that was just ok Not quite. Brendon Urie is still the vocalist. Ryan Ross and Jon Walker left the band, and Ryan was the primary songwriter... Their songwriting went to crap after those Terri left. Which sucks, because the first two albums are amazing.

I really thought Cherone fit with Van Halen. In my opinion, his involvement with the band helped them grow as musicians in my eyes. Van Halen 3 is quite the underrated album and I think if they did one more album, it most likely would've went into a much more old school Van Halenish concept.
However, Cherone's vocal range in songs such as Once, Josephina, and A Year To The Day are filled with emotion, melody, and to add to all of those elements it was a unique sound. Van Halen 3 was them at their most experimental, progressive, and mature peak.
Granted, Journey without Steve Perry is odd. But they had two singers who sound exactly like him too.

The songwriting qualitybtookva HUGE hit when Ryan and Jon left. It's like they were trying to make the first album again, except they're terrible.
