Of the ones Named Cars 2.
Cars 1 is....Not Great...but is helped by a good cast and a Simpler than it's sequel's plot. Is it perfect? Far from it, but it's solid and I can watch it with my kids and actually laugh along with them and enjoy it.
Cars 2 On the other hand is terrible if only by comparison. You have an OVERLY complicated (Not Complex.....complicated) plot, a BADLY shoehorned Green Aesop, a shift from a Solid performance from Owen Wilson to the constant mugging of Larry the Cable Guy, a needless Spy Movie A-plot (You know you're in trouble when your MAIN plot seems unnecessary), the loss of the voices of 2 secondary Characters (One of which is Plot-Important).
Cars is a Toyetic Film......I get that, I have no issue with it. The Mater's Tall Tales shorts are nice as they're well SHORTS. The First film was NOT strong enough to spawn a Sequel and an Upcoming Spin-off (Planes)

Wait.....they are seriously making a spin-off from Cars about Planes? Really? I'm starting to think them letting their partnership with Disney getting upgraded to Disney owning them was a bad move......

Full disclosure though, it's DTV and Pixar's name isn;t on it, so i may JUST be a Disney venture..... I feel my point stands though

Easily 'Brave.' Horrible unlikable ultimately pointless characters who were a blackhole of interest.

To be honest
I feel Pixar has hit a bump in the road lately.
Cars 2 was rubbish.
Brave to me felt more like a dreamworks movie, I kinda expect better from Pixar.
They really need to make a strong movie again asap.. I kinda have mixed opinions about this Monsters Inc one coming out.

Bug's life definitely. Nothing that great about it. And then add on top of that that the film was a follow up to Toy Story.

WOW WOW WOW... there are people who dislike A Bug's Life?! I know right??? My vote would be Cars/Cars 2 combined. Never liked the first one, wasn't happy they even made a sequel. In third place for worst is The Incredibles (in my opinion). But even then it's a distant third. I have yet to see Brave though. As for Disney's Planes, no wonder Pixar refused to put their name on it. So disgusting.

Cars 2.
Until then, Pixar movies were designed to give people a viewing experience that most can enjoy, regardless of age.
Cars 2 was the first specifically made for the merchandise. Add in a heaping dose of Mater, and you get a very bad film.

I liked A Bugs Life and Brave. Never saw Cars though, it just doesn't seem that good.

I wasn't crazy about either of the Cars movies at all.

I'm not really a fan of a Bug's Life, but I wouldn't call it "bad" by any stretch. I'm surprised to see Brave mentioned. It had its flaws (some very lowbrow humor), but I thought overall it was enjoyable.
Cars 2 is probably the worst Pixar film; it's not very good, but even it's not really a terrible animated movie. There are lots of stinkers that are waaay worse.

Wall-E rubbed me the wrong way, it's hard to describe but the movie actually pissed me off with it's badness.
Wall-E was the exact moment that PIXAR's unquestioned quality became highly suspect.

Are people disliking the Incredibles because of it's darkness and all the off-screen death ?

Up.
Cars & Cars 2 were clearly kids films, but UP tried really hard to be something more than that and fell really flat to me. I know a lot of people loved it and cried their eyes out at the opening montage, but it just didn't resonate at all. I know I know - I have no soul, etc etc
