And suddenly self righteous vegans don't seem so nutty. Nah, they still do.

And suddenly self righteous vegans don't seem so nutty. Eh, not really. Everything is about quantity and this guy clearly had way more than he should've. Yeah, when the owner of the place told him to quit eating there so much because he was afraid of him dying, you know he had a problem.

I've been to the original here in Chandler, AZ many times before they closed. I used to weigh 355 pounds, also. I have eaten there at least half a dozen times...including the Vegas one. I have lost 50 pounds the last couple of months. My point....the food didn't kill him cause I'm still alive!!! And I am going there in Apil....as long as his death doesn't cause them to close! My first visit to the original And the outcome of my visit My most recent visit...last April in Vegas And the aftermath

Honestly, the burgers there aren't really that much more fattening than the standard fare at any sit down restaurants.
The shakes, on the other hand, are pretty much flavored butter.

And suddenly self righteous vegans don't seem so nutty. Anyone who's self-righteous about something as banal as food is nutty no matter how you slice it. I eat meat and animal products. My blood pressure is low, my blood chemistry is perfect, and my weight is normal. Know why? Because meat and dairy don't kill you, that's why. Disordered eating can kill you, overnutrition and undernutrition can kill you, but single food items consumed in a normal fashion do not. Animal foods can be damaging when consumed to excess, but so can plant foods (sugar, wheat). The key is to not be an idiot.
