Oh dear, now we'll get several more years of people online utterly failing to realise how PR works as an industry, and instead blame Ledesma personally for everything that they consider wrong with the games and for not immediately implementing their every suggestion.
Glad that they've been able to keep their jobs, though. THQ's failure wasn't their fault, and they don't deserve to be left in the cold because of things beyond their control.

That's great news, I reckon. (Not the Ledesma part)
I've just thought. One of the potentially great things about this deal is that we might not get shafted for online content like in the past. THQ, without question, took the piss with online stuff. NBA 2K13 has free roster updates and most importantly, no obligatory online pass.

Cory Ledesma still has a job. This is an injustice. Where's The Shield when you need them?

Despite the stuff we hate about Ledesma, I think his heart is in the right place. And 2K might be able to provide a much bigger budget and they are also a bigger house so we still might be able to expect some improvement. Plus the game has been moving in the right direction the past two years. I'm okay with this.

How much input did he have on the game anyway? Wasn't he just the P.R. guy?

My retort. Seriously, how does a POS like this get to fail upwards?

Out of curiousity via a rumor I saw elsewhere:
Should Bruno Sammartino actually make it into the game as a playable in the next installment, who would you first put him against in the game?

I would want to put him against Bruno. I miss being able for both players to select the same character. but if that is not an option, I'd put him against a CAW of Macho Man.

I'm getting into WWE 13 a little again but it's quickly getting old. I erased a lot of the Attitude CAWs and started making my own people just to liven it up.
I like Universe mode but it never really gets moving for me. The cut scenes are random and it just gets boring. Hopefully the next game adds something new. Like MAYBE A HALFWAY DECENT STORY MODE! The attitude one was way better than the year before, but it still felt blah.

I refuse to even call Attitude Era Mode a Story Mode. It was hardly a Story Mode. Only some recycled matches and maybe four cutscenes that were just reacting past moments.

We're never getting rid of Ledesma.
Hopefully, a lot of the problems with bugs and technical issues will be resolved when it switches to 2K sports. I'm hesitant to blame the issues on an employee of a company that may have hindered results.
Not sticking up for the guy here but he's so closely associated with problems as he appears to be the fall guy for the operation as a whole. Let's see what happens when they've got a different organization behind him.
