So which will be more fun, the ep or the bronyacolypse? The episode, hopefully. I don't find joy in watching others get upset. I don't want people upset per se - I just want to see some of the freak fans freaking out. Not referring to anyone here.

"All right. We have seen the end of Bronymania. For Rarity, for Applejack, for Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy... I don't know... I'm Pinkie Pie. Twilight Sparkle, you can go to hell! We're outta here. Straight to hell." ;D

So, just watched the new DVD-R Hell, and I wonder how many My Pony / Brotherny jokes are going to come out of it.

Ah I see. Normally I would have missed the preview if I haven't got the habit of checking the previous page one more time before reading the new one. Since I usually only check on the update days.

I know how it is. Hadn't checked any of the comics I follow besides Gunnerkrigg court for a few days until last night.
Unrelated, when's the Twilight marathon start, and what episodes are in it?

Strange though they show Magic Duel but not the episode related to it "Boast Busters".
At least with "Its About Time" it shares the basic plot of Lesson Zero so it is no loss to skip it.

Cool, appreciate it. Is a solid line-up, though odd not to have A Canterlot Wedding.

They just wouldn't want to start at 5:30, I reckon.

True, or maybe because by the end that's more of a Cadance story. Though it is kind of funny that it went from being something they were hyping like mad at the end of the last season to not even being booked for this year's finale.

Perhaps they don't want it to overshadow this season's finale?

Now that the season is just about over, I have to wonder... did the backgrounders literally disappear into the background this season? We all know about the Derpy situation, but it's been a quiet season for the main ones like Lyra, Bon Bon, The Flower Trio, etc. Usually they've done something that became a meme or a character trait by now.
The only thing we've really learned this season is that Cherry Berry is an easily irritable bitch.

Good question. Maybe they were trying to bring more into prominence since a lot of those have been cashed in on as much so as they really can without actually becoming cast members.

^ Yes, the backgrounders have seemed to been toned down overall.

Think I'm going to swing to Youtube and start up the Twilight marathon a little early independent of the Hub. Never did get around to my season marathon - started earlier but just wound up closing it out a few minutes into the premiere since I wasn't really in the mood - so probably wait and save it for in the next week or so in order to throw the finale in with it.
Edit: Actually, why start early? I'll probably just watch along in the thread here.

I am just happy seeing Lily and Lemon Hearts in general.

Been a while since I saw the first eps.
This is almost like a flashback, getting them.

The most insignificant thing I remember about them is that Tara's voice for Twilight seemed slightly different (perhaps because Tara still tried to find the right tone).

Amazing to see that we didn't see the rest of the Mane 6 until halfway into the first episode of the series.
