Rock vs. Cena Punk vs. Undertaker (likely) Shield vs. Super Team #4 Triple H vs. Lesnar. Is there an opposite gif for "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!"? Be noisy, and I'll KEEP my money.

I just think it's hilarious that the dirt sheets predicted all of the big Wrestlemania matches way back in October.

WWE Championship John Cena vs. The Rock It's slow, but it's intense, and Cena pins Rock after the 3rd AA of the night.
CM Punk vs. Undertaker Punk is relieved to work a PPV with someone of Taker's stamina after dragging The Rock around. A very good match with CM Punk playing that irritatingly persistent heel HBK role and finally falls to the mighty Undertaker. Respect.
Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar I think Triple H will surprise us and put Lesnar over, this time with the F5. He owns the bitch and wants to keep Lesnar strong and making money. He'll look totally badass in the lead up though.
Shield/Barrett/Cesaro vs. Sheamus/Ryback/Orton/Miz/Bo The good guys win when Ryback pins Dean Ambrose. Ryback celebrates and leaves, Orton hits Sheamus with an RKO and turns heel, setting up their feud going forward.
World Heavyweight Championship Jack Swagger vs. Alberto Del Rio Del Rio wins, overcoming the racist bastards who insult him and "his people"in the most fitting way possible: via ARMBAR. Booker T looks on and sighs.
WWE Divas Championship Kaitlyn vs. AJ vs. Layla AJ wins her first divas title. Layla and Kaitlyn feud going forward, while AJ plays them against each other.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Chris Jericho Ziggler steals the show and a clean victory from Y2J with the Superkick, after sending AJ and Big E to the back to he could do it himself.
WWE Tag Team Championship Kofi/Truth vs. Bryan/Kane vs. Sandow/Rhodes Hell No explodes! The Rhodes Scholars Reunion is triumphant! Kofi and Truth do not like Rhodes Scholars and need to round out the card! Plus, Hell No beat Kofi and Truth for the titles so there's some continuity there.

Apparently the tagline for Rock vs. Cena II isn't "Twice in a Lifetime", it's "Greatness versus Redemption".

I wouldn't waste my ability to predict on professional wrestling. There's better possibilities out there

Yeah, I remember when all the dirtsheets were talking about that Del Rio/Swagger match-up and how WWE was going to bring Dutch Mantell in as Swagger's racist manager. They TOTALLY called that one.
Or that call about Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Regins forming a stable and looking strong against some of the biggest stars heading into Mania. WWE is so predictable.

Assuming a modest 10 match card (which is doable if they cut down on the BS filler):
WWE Championship The Rock(c) vs. John Cena
For the Streak The Undertaker vs. CM Punk
Street Fight Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar
World Heavyweight Championship Alberto Del Rio(c) vs. Jack Swagger
Six Man Tag Sheamus, Randy Orton, and The Big Show vs. The Shield
United States Championship Antonio Cesaro(c) vs. The Miz
Chris Jericho vs. Dolph Ziggler
Fatal Four Way for the WWE Tag Team Championship Team Hell No(c) vs. Kofi Kingson & R-Truth vs. The Rhodes Scholars vs. The Primetime Players
Ryback vs. Mark Henry
WWE Diva's Championship Kaitlyn(c) vs. AJ
And some type of IC match with Barrett on the pre-show with someone having won a battle royal on Raw 6 days before.

I'm thinking:
WWE Championship The Rock vs John Cena
World Heavyweight Championship Alberto Del Rio vs Jack Swagger
Streak on the Line Undertaker vs CM Punk
I Quit Match Brock Lesnar vs Triple H
6-Man Tag Team Street Fight The Shield vs. Ryback, Sheamus & Randy Orton
2 out of 3 Falls for the United States Championship Antonio Cesaro vs The Miz
Gauntlet Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship Team Hell No vs Rhodes Scholars vs Prime Time Players vs Kingston & R-Truth vs Brodus & Tensai vs 3MB (McIntyre & Mahal with Slater in their corner) vs Marella & Ryder
Divas Championship Kaitlyn vs AJ vs Layla
Grudge Match Chris Jericho vs Dolph Ziggler
(Pre-Show) Intercontinental Championship Wade Barrett vs Bo Dallas
Shit! Forgot about Mark Henry & Big Show. Maybe have them come down during the 6-Man Tag and go after both teams to prove their monsters who don't care about the WWE or those who oppose it.

After the Smackdown spoilers, my latest set of predictions: {Spoiler} WWE Championship: The Rock vs. John Cena
Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar
The Undertaker vs. CM Punk
Sheamus, Randy Orton, and the Big Show vs. The Shield
World Heavyweight Championship: Alberto del Rio vs. Jack Swagger
Ryback vs. Mark Henry
Tag Team Championship: Team Hell No vs. Kofi Kingston & R-Truth vs. Rhodes Scholars vs. Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara (if they're both healthy)
Chris Jericho vs. Dolph Ziggler... or Jericho & Kaitlyn vs. Ziggler & AJ
...and of guys who matter, that just leaves the Miz, Wade Barrett, and Antonio Cesaro without matches... so, triple threat for a midcard title? Or both titles?

I've bought every Wrestlemania since 2007. I'm really not feeling it this year. Rock vs Cena is going to pale in comparison to a match I saw for free on RAW. I wasn't that interested last year, I'm even less interested this year. Triple H vs Lesnar just doesn't do it for me, I've never seen their Summerslam match nor had any desire to do so. Their segment on RAW was fun but oh how I wish that was with someone other than Triple H. {Spoiler} I was looking forward to another six man tag with Shield where Ryback would finally get his revenge but now it looks like that's not even going to happen ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/undecided.png) If Undertaker is going to wrestle and they go with Punk then that might pull me in but I'll have to see how the build it up. On top of all that I'm wary about getting excited for any undercard matches like Swagger vs Del Rio or Cesaro vs whoever after been burned on Sheamus vs Bryan two years running.

You guys have WAY too many matches on this card. Wasn't last year more time not wrestling than wrestling?

You guys have WAY too many matches on this card. Wasn't last year more time not wrestling than wrestling? It was almost literally a 50/50 split. According to Wikipedia, there was 2:00:44 of bell-to-bell wrestling on a 4 hour card. For what it's worth, I'll try to break down my projected card for possible time ranges: {Spoiler}Rock v Cena: 20-25 min + 5-10 min for entrances HHH v Lesnar: 20-25 min + 5-10 min for entrances Undertaker v Punk: 15-20 min + 5-10 min for entrances Del Rio v Swagger: 10-15 min (+ 5 min for Ziggler cash-in) + 5 min for entrances Sheamus/Orton/Big Show v Shield: 10-15 min + 5 min for entrances Ryback v Henry: 10-15 min + 3 min for entrances Kane v Bryan: 5-10 min + 3 min for entrances Cesaro v Jericho: 5-10 min + 3 min for entrances Tag Team Championship Fatal 4-Way: 5-10 min + 3-5 min for entrances IC Championship Battle Royal: 5-10 min + 5-10 min for entrances (Pre-Show) Kaitlyn v AJ Lee (Pre-Show): 5 min + 3 min for entrances
Main Card Match Time Range: 1 hour 50 minutes - 2 hours 45 minutes Entrance Time Range: 37 minutes - 54 minutes Total Time Used Range: 2 hours 27 minutes - 3 hours 39 minutes It'll probably be closer to the minimum of those ranges (have to take into account America The Beautiful, hype videos, interviews and other stuff), but I think people here can make sense of it.

Divas Championship Match (Pre-Show):Kaitlyn (c) v AJ Lee *Dolph Ziggler cashes in Money In The Bank on the winner Is it wrong that I read it like this, discarding the whole asterisk bit that referred to another match? lol

You do realize that match times on these shows are NOWHERE near that long. Plus, they've only had about 8 matches on WrestleMania in the last few years and that still meant 1 or 2 matches were really short.

Yes, I do realise that.
Strangely enough, there was more bell-to-bell wrestling on the 10-match WrestleMania 26 card than there was on the 8-match WrestleMania 27 card, as well as having a longer shortest match.
