Considering the OP hasn't said anything since then, I'm likely to believe he was joking. He said it in another thread, so I don't believe he was.

Considering the OP hasn't said anything since then, I'm likely to believe he was joking. Joking or a little delusional about the power a couple of shareholders have. You can get in with $9, but it doesn't give you booking power. The only reason I'm not 100% sure he's not joking is his prior posts don't seem to have any humor in them - he's just an angry WWE "fan" who hates most everything.

Considering the OP hasn't said anything since then, I'm likely to believe he was joking. I took a look through his post history to see if it was just trolling, but he's made multiple references to "writing them a letter" in the past and seems to genuinely have a massive case of unwarranted self-importance. So I think he's legit. EDIT: Dammit guy above me, way to get there first.

OP is just trolling, I think. All of this uproar is only making me love Zeb more.

The only other time I can recall WWE pulling an angle for political reasons was the Mohammad Hassan Terror Gang, and you know what, they shouldn't have pulled that either. Yeah, but that was just a case of horrifically bad timing in regards to the angle. Had the London Bombings not occurred, it likely would've kept going. Back on topic, yeah, I'm going to echo the sentiments of everybody else here. I've enjoyed Jack and Zeb so far (okay, mainly Dutch), and that theme music is just kickass. Also, the whole thing where they're bad guys and there supposed to be saying mean-spirited stuff to get the audience to boo them. Yeah, that.

Too late. I'm already attached to Swagger and Zeb. If they are taken away now, there is no telling what kind of revolution will entail.

I still can't fully view Zeb as a heel. Take shots at me for that if you like, but it's the way I feel. I would say he's more of a tweener to me.

I get that you agree with him, but he's clearly intended to be a heel. Like, a straight-edge person couldn't just go and claim that 2009 CM Punk wasn't a heel, he obviously was.

Because I, and several other shareholders, are putting a stop to this racist and offensive angle cold in its tracks.

I agree he's intended to be, but the way I view a character does not always match what WWE intends. For instance, a lot of people were viewing Punk as a face right before he split with the WWE title in Chicago. Although WWE clearly intended him to be heel at the time based on the way the announce team portrayed him.

In the Mania match some Mexicans should come from under the ring covered in dirt with shovels and KO Swagger for a Del Rio victory. Swagger should then get amnesia and believe his is El Kabong a migrant cabbage picker from just south of Jaurez and then escape into Mexico. Vince McMahon will then be pissed that one of his superstars has disappeared and gives Del Rio one month to find Swagger and bring him back or risk losing his World title and being fired.
We can have vignettes of Del Rio and Ricardo searching both sides of the border for Swagger. Swagger starts showing up during random jobber matches in the rafters with a banjo and sombrero and swings down and breaks the banjo over someones head. A mariachi band then comes out on stage and plays Swagger out.
This somehow leads to a rematch at Summer Slam

Jack and Zeb are heels. WWE presents stories. The good guy Latino wrestler is going to triumph over the xenophobic bad guy.
I'll admit it if I'm wrong. They did make racist bully Triple H triumph over Booker T.

Lost in all of this is that this Swagger vs. Del Rio feud is a good application of the seven year rule, because JBL and Eddie did nearly the exact angle in 2004, right down to the super-push of the xenophobic heel out of nowhere.
(oh, and lol shareholders)
