Kind of bummed that once again, I only get one title defense, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
Oh well, frees me up for my planned Gookermania Challenge.

Now I think it's pretty safe to say that Connor is overall the best wrestler in FAWA. Uncontrollable winning streaks, having winning multiple matches in the same night week after week. Whether that is a good thing or not I'm not so sure. Winning cleanly to two of FAWA's finest in the same night with some major preparation from both Blood and Drakin kind of bothers me how they got swooped like that. Not to say the matches weren't bad, because quite frankly I think the Seth and Connor match take the cake as the best match of the card.

I'd say it was the best match on the card, actually. ;D I was hoping for a really good match. I wound up re-writing the main action twice as I was drawing inspiration from watching a lot of technical matches but didn't want to do a blatent copy of anything. Just wanted to have a really good back and forth. Showcased Seth in that sort of classic heel fashion and Connor going all out but not in a crazy way. Now I think it's pretty safe to say that Connor is overall the best wrestler in FAWA. Uncontrollable winning streaks, having winning multiple matches in the same night week after week. Not to say the matches weren't bad, because quite frankly I think the Seth and Connor match take the cake as the best match of the card. Gonna be completely honest. I thought for sure that I was going to lose at least one match, possibly both given how this streak seems to have been going. And I had no idea which one it was going to be if it was just one. I've sent BRB a PM pertaining to things and I've been doing some thinking and I want to try and approach all of this as best as possible for everyone in the fed. Had some ideas but I'd be really open to hearing folks thoughts on what they'd like to see just from an outside pov. Whether it be in thread or via PM.

Actually, Connor, i'd love to see you become Triple Champion. Yours would be more on purpose than mine was but still.

Are you on your way back, Jono? Also, I've been thinking about the tag titles situation and have a suggestion for the titles. You know how the current WWE tag team champions didn't choose to be a team, they were just booked as one after their anger management classes and did well together? I suggest booking people as tag teams unless one of them really has a problem with it. Right now, the Hollywood Enigmas have got the WHC and the team of Connor & Flynn have the IF champ, meaning that if we hold a tournament with just those three teams, not only will it be kind of underwhelming, but we have a 66.6666666667% chance of somebody becoming a double or triple champion. But what about a tournament featuring these teams? * Scott Martin & Mad Pirate Mulligan * Antihero & Bull Ant * Ryan Blood & The General of the Monkey Army * Seth Drakin & Boiraa Ruumu Buraara

And I like that idea for the tag matches Ryan. But if I could make a suggestion, and in no way am I meaning to imply any negative connotation but perhaps having Jason Flynn and Scott Martin instead of MPM since he has the Freakin' Awesome title?

Right! Can't believe I forgot about that after writing the actual match where he won it! Yeah, Martin & Flynn is better.

Wait. "Those three teams," Socko? I already said that none of my teams are to be involved.

Wait. "Those three teams," Socko? I already said that none of my teams are to be involved. Did anybody mention your team? I mentioned the Hollywood Enigmas and Connor & Flynn. The third team was General & Blood, and even though I didn't mention them by name, they'd been established as going after the tag belts.

.....I;m kinda bummed I'm not teaming With Scott Martin......In reading over the thread I actually mentally wrote a "Grudging Teammate" Promo.
BUT...If we do end up doing a Tag Team Turmoil, please either Definitely Include MPM or Very Obviously leave him out......I have an Idea for either.

Busy. I'm almost always logged in even if I'm not posting or otherwise active.
I'll share my thoughts on the past couple of days when I get the chance. I also plan to try something new: share my booking plans from here to Wheel of Misfortune.

Eh, it happens. That said, two quick comments before I'll be off again.
1) We don't have automatic rematches anymore. Ex-champs get automatically booked for a #1 Contender match against an opponent to be determined.
However, I could settle and give Gus a 50% discount on a World Title Shot that would allow him to bypass the #1 Contender match as an ex-champ privilege. Same goes for Seth and Bull (Moo Moo).
2) You raised an interesting point MSB. I think I have a spicier idea that I can elaborate on later: Tag Team Drafts.
