I saw this story before I went to bed, but couldn't find a second source. Now I have. Original Source:Second Source:--- So, a longer preshow... Could mean there's room for another match. Or, as WWE are prone to do, it means more time to bump something from the main card and put in some kind of "mainstream" thing. Also, any time someone mentions "vote on stipulations that will affect the main card", it just comes off as "do our job for us" to me. ;D What say you? You up for 5 hours straight of WWE stuff?

Wasn't XX like 6 hours long? I mean, it'll probably drag but its Wrestlemania, so hopefully it'll be epic enough that the length won't matter.

As long as Ryder gets a spot on the preshow I'm all for it even if its 12h long.

Alight fans get to choose if Lesnar/HHH is No DQ, Street Fight, or No Holds Barred!

Yeah let's kill the crowd nice and early so they don't give a f*** about anything until Rock shows up again.

Wait, so there'll be in ring action for an hour on this pre-show? Or it's just running an hour on Youtube (with 1 match, per usual) but with 40 minutes of whatever before it?

I hope that there's more than one match, and that a good chunk of the lower card gets to actually be highlighted.

My point was that making the show longer is going to wear out the crowd faster, I wasn't saying they'd be dead within an hour.

I don't think that'll be an issue though, it'll probably be people still getting to their seats by the time it starts.

My tickets say the show starts at 6:30 and if they do that, the PPV wouldn't start until 7:30 which I'm pretty sure it has always started at 7. I guess they could change the start time to 6 as card is subject to change but I don't know if that includes the start time or not.

I would guess that they'd just change the start time to 6 in that case. I'm sure most people would want to get there early anyway so it would probably work out better than delaying the PPV.

I just want two matches. have the main event of the preshow be for like the ic or us title. maybe have a tag title number one contenders match.

They'll probably do some sort of battle royal again featuring wrestlers who don't sell enough merch to get on the main show so they can still get a nice payday.

Good opportunity for some Money in the Bank matches, but be a shame to cheapen the existing MitB PPV. Maybe MitB matches for midcard titles? Like the US and Intercontinental? Could help build cred by making the midcard titles more desirable, and giving away a few MitB matches might turn into buys for the PPV later on in the year.
