Okay, here are my predictions for time cuts in this week's episode of MLP in Japan (I am going based on what I noticed last episode: three big cuts and two smaller ones):
The three big ones will be:
1. Rainbow Dash scaring Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie (we will go immediately from the NM fog entering the holes in the rock to the cliff collapsing)
2. The Manticore fight (we will go from the Manticore roaring standing on two legs to Twilight and the others charging immediately at him)
3, During the Shadowbolt scene, we won't see the other ponies as they react to Dashie's lateness and her apparent betrayal.
Two small cuts:
1. Them entering the dark part of the forest right before the "Giggle At The Ghostly" scene.
2. Some of NM's laugh before the others come to save Twilight.

So Pinkie Pie is still leading the board. Wonder if she has broken the laws of physics to get this far.

Man, I really need to continue what I'm writing. I spent the whole weekend melting from the heat. Can't wait for June-August. Rainy/typhoon season, but right now that seems much better...

Still not quite warm enough for me to open the windows here. Despite the writer's block I hit last night, I'm back on a roll.

He's too busy hanging out with Little Strongheart at AAAAAAPPLELOOSA to care about races.

I gave this episode a 2.
Least favorite episode of the series by far. The only reason I didn't give it a 1 was because Scootaloo had some cute moments, and that's worth a point. Otherwise, the CMC's were unbearably annoying. I usually don't hold Idiot Ball against this show, because it's a kids show, but it got to me here. Everyone was just so grating and I'll be happy to pretend this episode doesn't exist.

It's just that hot out here. Freaking humidity is my worst enemy - I'd rather feel the aches of my arthritis with the cold than sweat while trying to enjoy myself.

I like the episode a fair bit myself. Like the song, has some amusing moments... It's far from the show's best and it has some spotty moments, but I'm fine with giving it a 7.

I'd send some of this cool weather your way but it might be a bit TOO cold for you (40ish F)

I'd send some of this cool weather your way but it might be a bit TOO cold for you (40ish F) Frankly, I'd take that cold without any regret. I remember when I was a bit younger, during typhoon season I'd go up to the roof and let the rain and wind hit me. Unbelievably refreshing, to be honest.
