Ultimate Disney TV Toon Tournament (D.A. Era)

I took a break from doing tournaments. Now, I've decided to make one EPIC tournament that will determine the greatest Disney TV cartoon character. But rather then having to risk seeing Phineas take on Launchpad McQuack, I've decided to create 2 separate tournaments, one for the Disney Afternoon era (1990-97) (Hence D.A. era in the thread title) and another for the Disney's One Saturday Morning/A.B.C. Kids/Disney Channel era. (1997-present).

This is the Disney Afternoon portion of the tournament. I'd like a 32 character tournament but if you guys would rather do 64 to keep it going longer, that's fine, too. Let me know what you think in your post.

Here are the ground rules
Rule 1:In order for the character to qualify, the character must have appeared on a show that aired on the Disney Afternoon block

Rule 2: You can nominate up to 8 characters per post. The Nomination stage will last until Wednesday.

After the nomination stage ends, the characters will be randomized and the tournament stage begins.

Might I suggest that Quack Pack Huey/Dewey/Louie be separated and DuckTales HDL be treated as a single Character? My logic being that the Former acted like a single unit and the latter were actual separate characters?

Do your Disney Afternoon research before nominating additional characters, also I edited my nomination of Huey, Dewey and Louie to show that I've nominated the Ducktales versions of the characters.

Thank you for allowing it, I was sure he was DA due to the time frame and had forgotten that they had 2 blocks at that time (The latter had the Schnookems and Meat Funny Cartoon Show)

We got enough nominations for the tournament, time to shuffle up the characters

the shuffle phase is compete. Now the Tournament. First 3 rounds are first to 3, quarterfinals are first to 4, I'm on the computer usually from 10:30 A.M. to 4:00 PM If a match is in progress by that time, whoever gets the most votes first moves on, if it's still tied, I alone will make the deciding vote. The semifinals are a all day vote and the finals are a 3 day vote

Marilyn Piquel (voiced by Sherry Lynn) is Lucky Piquel's child genius prodigy daughter. She is an aspiring artist as well as script/story writing and has deep connection to toons such as Bonkers, with her favorite toon being TV star Skunky Skunk. She is more than capable of taking care of herself and aids her father in a number of his cases often being the words of wisdom or source of knowledge to Lucky. Although looking like her mom Dilandra Piquel ("Dil"/"Dyl"), aside from her big round glasses and freckled face; she also shares her father's hair color.

Bubba the cave duck was one of the reasons DuckTales jumped the shark in it's second season, he was a gimmickly character, Marilyn Piquel on the other hand is a great recurring character, I vote Marilyn Piquel

Lucky Piquel is one of the main characters in Bonkers. He was voiced by Jim Cummings and appeared only in the episodes produced by Robert Taylor. He was Bonkers D. Bobcat's original partner in Los Angeles' police department.
