In case you missed Joakim Noah and Taj Gibson's ejections from tonight's game. I love how the calls were so screwy and egregious that even as Gibson is f-bombing referee Scott Foster to death, TNT's Steve Kerr basically says, "Yeah...he has every right to be that upset." Also, bonus points to the two tough guys trash-talking Gibson as he's being ushered into the locker room. It takes a real man to jaw with a player as there's an army of security and police between you and the giant NBA player who would literally rip you apart limb from limb. But, to their credit, they are fans with lower bowl seats at a Miami Heat game, so this very well may be their first foray into professional basketball. Also... FAN UP means being in your seat at tipoff and staying there until the final buzzer. FAN UP means standing up and making some noise for your Miami Heat. FAN UP means trash-talking the opposing team's center while your call girl flips him the bird. I'd be a little careful throwing stones at the Heat fans considering that a dude poured beer on LeBron last year in Boston Also fan in Chicago trying to swipe his headband and such.

They aren't quite the Knicks, but the Spurs have a 'Live and die by the 3' quality to them as well.

The threes that fell for the Spurs Monday weren't tonight.
They are my bronze medalist for Teams that Live/Die by 3- Knicks get the gold, Rockets the silver.

Last time Warriors won in San Antonio:
Nikki Cox was hot stuff
Washington NBA team was the Bullets
Whalers were still in Hartford
Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen were rookies

No chance in hell Spurs win one in Golden State, especially how they've been playing. Game one was a fluke. This series is basically done. I hope we at least win game 5 back in San Antonio.

Man, imagine if Golden State and Memphis meet in the WCF. Talk about completely different styles clashing.

Also fan in Chicago trying to swipe his headband and such. Because snatching a headband and having the ugly call girl you brought with you to the game stick her middle finger in a player's face are one in the same.

You're right, one is attempted theft with someone putting their hands on an athlete, the other is a sexist remark about a woman heckling an athlete.

Anywho, the moral of this story is trying to argue that "a team's fans are terrible because somebody did X" can be proven for every team in existence. Except Jacksonville, because first you gotta have fans that care in order to have terrible fans.

Except Jacksonville, because first you gotta have fans that care in order to have terrible fans. It's true. We're all horrible fans in one way or another. Miami has that woman, Celtics fans have the guy who threw a beer, Lakers fans mocked Paul Pierce's stabbing, Knicks fans have Spike Lee...we're all awful in our own special way. And for the record, I'm sure she's the "Julia Roberts-in-Pretty Woman" type with a heart of gold.

The Warriors are shooting the same exact percentage from 3 this series than they did in the regular season.
So if people think they are going to cool down, that isn't likely.

Yeah, I've seen a lot of Spurs fans on Twitter saying "they can't play like this forever!" Yes, yes they can. The Spurs will hopefully start shooting better than 34% so I guess there's a tiny window of hope, but this feels like the 2011 first round all over again.

Man, imagine if Golden State and Memphis meet in the WCF. Talk about completely different styles clashing. The difference in offenses would be fun, but the only difference on defense would be that Memphis is way better at it. I don't think the Warriors can beat the Grizzlies, but they've got a good shot against the Thunder.

Any reason why there aren't any playoff games on tonight? Why would you put a playoff game on Thursday when there is nothing else on when you can have them on Friday when many people want to do anything BUT sit and watch an NBA game.
