If the Shield were to add a female member, who would the ideal female member and why? Also, what if the Shield were three females instead of three hot guys (especially Roman Reigns...sorry I didn't mean to come across as shallow here, lol)? How differently would they be utilized and also who would the three female members be?

If the shield were 3 females they wouldn't get 2 minutes of tv time. Ouch. Sadly, that may actually be the case. But I do wonder if the WWE were to actually invest more than 2 minutes into the Divas and have three Divas come out of the rafters and attack people, would the fans buy it? |

Yea mean attack male wrestlers? If that's the case that be a dead end story since they won't book male on female violence so basically the girls will never get proper comeuppance. |

If they were an all-female group, I imagine they would be like Anti-Divas and they'd be against how female wrestling currently is in WWE.
I figure you could get Sara Del Ray, Kharma, and Cheerleader Melissa to do the group and it could work to a degree but you'd need faces for them to go against. You'd have to build up some of the talent they have now, bring up some Developmental prospects up, and make it a focal point. If you had those three against, say, A.J., Naomi, and a debuting Paige, then you could make it work.
You could do the angle in theory but the scale would be reduced. You couldn't have them taking out everyone in the company but, done right, it could be a good angle for the Divas division.

Those are all good answers, but they would be like The Bellas with another member attacking Kaitlyn and two other girls, namely the Funkadactyls. It may not be realistic but anything would be better than a 2 minute match. Those girls are lucky if they get 5 minutes. Would Natalya be a good fit for a Female Shield? They would attack other females of course. I know when people think of wrestling they think the WWE because it is a larger, older, well-established company but it might actually work provided the Creative Team and the Bookers know what they were doing and actually care.

I'd say they had Divas of Doom, but they ruined it after a few weeks of somewhat interesting TV.
Difference was: The DoD could logically be considered the inside group, the "Barbie dolls" they beat up were looked upon by them as the outsiders because they weren't "real" wrestlers, just pretty models pretending to be wrestlers.
