Nothing will beat the 2011 Boston Red Sox's September collapse and missing the playoffs after being declared "the best team ever" by the Bostom writers and the preseason long fellatio by pretty much everyone. That was so damn hilarious, in particular when on the final night of the season Dan Shaunesgey (or however the hell it's spelled), completely wrote off the possibility of the Red Sox not making the playoffs.

What in the world.... I'm gonna need every bit of context because there's no way Hibbert can be that backwards (no homo) or dumb (who curses at a presser after you won the game) www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=ju7pGkrKDAE“Lebron was scoring in the post or getting to the paint cause he was stretching me out so much… no homo…” *said later* Well this man does speak the truth, most of the media did NOT watch the Pacers most of the season. So I think he is a little bit justified to lash out like that.

good call on lebron there, u jacked him in the chin with his elbow and his knee went right into hibbert mid section. argue all u want and say it wasnt a foul but watch the replays, good call I may be in the minority but I'd like to see refs call things like that a no call, though it was easily an offensive foul before a defensive foul.

I'd LOVE the Pacers to knock the Heat out in their own court on Monday. Sure no-one will watch a Spurs/Pacers Finals, but the hilarity of the Heat not repeating would be pretty fun... although it's bittersweet as the Pacers are a division rival to the Bulls. Though Rose back next year should swing things back in our favour there.

I won't watch Game 7 because I just know there's going to be a lot of shady officiating in Miami's favor. I didn't see any of the post game conferences, however, a friend of mine who works at Applebees said Lebron was doing a lot of crying, whining, and moping around. Which means a lot of calls will be going his and Miami's way on Monday sadly.

In fact, he was smiling about the possibility of a Game 7 in Miami. It's almost like Miami wanted this to happen. Which makes me worry about the Heat going into Monday night because if it wasn't for LeBron's layup in Game 1, they would have been eliminated last night. As for the referees calling the games, we'll just have to wait and see on Monday night on how the game is called.

Wade's value is going to go way down after this season.

I imagine the officials are going to make Indiana pay on Monday. This series really should've been over if not for that Lebron game winning lay-up. If.

I haven't had a chance to read the article so I'm not saying one way or another, but I'm seeing on Twitter a couple of people saying Wade subtly tried to blame LeBron for his struggles lately? Can someone confirm before I lose it on Wade, or is this what I expect and a terrible exaggeration?

I imagine we'll get another great game of basketball Monday with mixed officiating due to a combination of incompetence and the difficulty of officiating a pro basketball game.
Damn it, I don't think I'm doing it right.

Your officiating crew for game 7: Tim Donaghy, Joey Crawford and Lebron's mom Let's make it interesting: Tim Donaghy, DeLonte West, and LeBron's mom. But yeah the Heat are going to go to the line about 700 times in Game 7.

Can someone confirm before I lose it on Wade, or is this what I expect and a terrible exaggeration? It wasn't that subtle. He blamed his lack of touches for him being terrible on offense and said that he and Bosh need to be more involved. And I guess "more involved" just means more shots. Bosh just said he blames himself and he needs to play better.

We'd get in 2-3 days of laughing at the Heat, but a week or whatever of uninteresting basketball- unless you think Duncan bankshots vs. Hibbert hookshots is the stuff greatness is made of.
