From TMZ: Ex-WWE Diva Free After Prison Stay... And Cancer Diagnosis Former WWE diva Tamara Sytch is FREE from a Connecticut prison after a four-month stint for REPEATEDLY violating her ex-boyfriend’s restraining order ... and her stay included a cancer diagnosis and hysterectomy. Tammy, who managed and wrestled under the name "Sunny" back in the day, was arrested 6 TIMES in just over 4 months beginning last September -- including 3 times in 3 days -- all relating to the same dude. Charges included disorderly conduct, assault, 3rd degree burglary ... and violating the BF's TRO at just about every step. She was most recently popped in January ... and sentenced to 114 days in prison ... which she's now served in full. Tammy told us she contracted HPV before going into prison ... and found out while doing time that it had developed into cervical cancer. She says she underwent a hysterectomy at an area hospital a couple of weeks ago ... and is now cancer-free. She says she also used her time to write an autobiography ... and plans to make a fresh start in New Mexico. Tammy will be on conditional discharge for the next two years … provided she doesn’t show up where she’s not welcome. www.tmz.com/2013/05/21/wwe-diva-tammy-sytch-released-prison-sunny/

I'm happy for Tammy. I'm a fan and feel she just has a lot of Psychological issues which hurt her. Hopefully these 114 days in prison have allowed her to recover from any and all mental health issues.
I'm extremely happy that she's cancer free. My advice to Tammy would be that she stays out of the wrestling business for good. If WWE comes calling make an occasional appearance but leave the indies alone, go back to school, get a career and leave the thing that's hurting you the most. Tammy will relapse if she remains in the wrestling business.

Despite self inflicted drama in her life, I can't help be feel sad for her. She contracted HPV from a guy who filed a restraining order on her and now has lost her ability to have a kid (I know the thought scares us all) in order to remove the cancer caused by it. Hopefully she'll stay in New Mexico, get out of the wrestling business, and pursue a less self destructive line of work.

I admit it's a assumption on my part, but considering that she had symptoms weeks prior to going to jail and the constant break-up/make-up cycle she had with him up till her incarceration it isn't too far fetch to conclude that.

I wonder if Tammy went to prison for the free health care. Would explain a lot.

Wonder where in New Mexico she'll live and if she'll do anything with indie promotions around here. There aren't a ton of big cities here, and I live in the second biggest and next to the biggest.

Sad to hear that she's had to deal with cancer; everything else that has gone on with her is enough to think about, but cancer is entirely different obviously. Hopefully she remains healthy physically, and deals with her other issues.

Hopefully she will get her life back on track now. Only if she goes to live with DDP will this happen.

I can't help but wonder why people feel at least partly sorry for her here, but if a man had done the same kind of stuff that landed her in prison there likely wouldn't be anybody saying anything like "He obviously has psychological problems, I hope he gets his life straightened out."
I'm not saying I think it's wrong to feel that way about Sunny, but people ought to be consistent.

One reason I feel sorry for her is the way Damien Darling supposedly led her on, by taking her back after she was arrested the first couple of times. He supposedly even gave her an engagement ring a few weeks before her last arrest. Seems like he was playing some kind of cruel mindgames with her.

I do agree it was cruel but, again, if a woman played mind games with a man until the man physically attacked her, people (I'm not necessarily saying you would say this, Celtic, since I don't know you well enough to guess, but many people) would be talking about how the mind games were no excuse and that he was an evil scumbag for beating up a woman no matter what she had done, etc. As for what I think, I think that provoking somebody and pushing their buttons regardless of their gender ought to be taken into consideration, but that it shouldn't excuse what was done. I.e. "Okay, this person didn't beat up this other person just for fun, it was in the heat of the moment and they had snapped and if they had been treated differently then they probably wouldn't have snapped. So they're not evil, but they need to realize that what they did was wrong and something needs to be done to make sure they won't ever do it again."

Please, Sunny........just get away from that guy, start a new life, and be well.
Despite all the crap online about her, I'm guessing/hoping 99% of everyone ultimately just wants that for her.
