Ultimate Disney TV Toon Tournament (The Modern Era)

At the end of the Disney Afternoon era portion, Goliath stood triumphantly over Darkwing Duck. He awaits the winner of the Modern Era (1997-present) portion of the tournament.

I would like to see a 64 character tournament. However, I'd be willing to do some play in rounds given that the tournament is going to cover a longer period of time (Over a Decade and a half)

Here are the ground rules:
Rule 1: In order for the character to qualify, the character must have appeared on a show that has aired (Or is still on the air) between 1997 and today.

Rule 2: You can nominate up to 8 characters per post. The Nomination stage will last until Wednesday.

After the nomination stage ends, the characters will be randomized and the tournament stage begins. If there are more then 64 characters, the tournament will start with a play in mini tournament.

The Randomizing is done with. I just realized something, since we have more then the 64 needed for the tournament, I've decided to have some Triple Threat matches in this opening round. As is is the case with the D.A. Era Tournament, first 3 rounds are first to 3, Quarters are 1st to 4, Semis are a one day vote whereas the finals are a 2 day vote, winner of the tournament faces a huge task in the form of Goliath. Remember that a 4 PM curfew is in effect and if the match in progress is going on by that time, the match will continue until Aprrox. 10 AM EDT. Principal Prickly (Recess)

Principal Peter Prickly (voiced by Dabney Coleman) is the principal of Third Street School and is generally a cold authority figure. However it is shown that he cares about his charges, showing leniency and kindness on occasion. He has an older brother who crops up from time to time, a rival elementary school principle; despite this similarity, Prickly's brother is significantly older and nastier. As a child he also attended Third Street Elementary, during which time he was referred to as "Petey", a name that is sometimes referenced. In Recess: School's Out, he serves as the deuteragonist.
