How about a bit of speculation on the card?
I say AJ/Bully as the main
Sting/Angle/Free Agent Vs Anderson/Gallows/Bischoff
Devon/Abyss?

I'm predicting the Morgan angle they have been building (sometimes on the side, sometimes as the main focus) will pay off on this show. I can easily see Morgan winning the BFG series and facing Bully for the title.
Gosh, that sounds dreadful.

The only two that seem likely to me at this point: Abyss v. Bully Ray for the World title. Magnus v. Devon for the TV Title.

AJ/Bully with the TNA title on the line seems most likely for the main event.
Either Angle or Samoa Joe vs. the incoming free agent.

I would have said Styles/Bully was a no brainer, but now I'm not so sure. The Morgan idea also makes sense.
I swear I will quit watching TNA if Abyss wins the BFG Series. He has only shown up seldomly lately and I'm already bored of him.

Anyone know how to obtain the presale password for tickets? From Dixie Carter's FaceBook: I've got an exclusive pre-sale for you for Bound For Glory tickets. Wednesday at 10am PST! Use my code "BFGCA" at impac.tw/12rkTZvLooking at the seating plans, there is one for a Ju-Jitsu tournament that would be nearly perfect for TNA. Would cut it down to about 6-8k in seating

Here's a pic of the arena. Very nice looking place, in my opinion. Hopefully I'll be able to get BFG, because I'm curious to see how close they get to filling the place up.

That looks amazing, I hope they do something with the screens above the rink as I think that would look really cool. Hope they do everything they can to freaking pack that place because it looks as if it could really give off the big show atmosphere.

If I have to guess, I'll say:
World Title main event: Bully vs. AJ
Tag Titles: Somewhere between now and October DOC and Knux win the tag straps, and defend against Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe. I may be projecting here, as I think a DOC vs. Joe feud would be pretty cool.
X-Division title: NOT Chris Sabin, unless I'm wrong and they do a Destination X special AFTER BFG, not before. I'm figuring he'll cash in for a shot at Bully Ray.
I like the idea of Bad Influence and Aries/Roode stuck in a four corners #1 contender match.
I'll guess that Magnus gets to challenge whomever the TV Champ is. Magnus vs. Anderson?
Women's belt - Mickie vs. Taryn
Honestly can't begin to guess the rest. I'd love to see a legitimate one-on-one X-Division feud or two...like, say, Sabin challenges Bully Ray, Kenny King costs him the match, leads to Sabin and King having a feud that culminates at BFG separate from anything happening with the X-Division title.

Something somewhat strange is going on with their ticket sales...I first ran into issues when trying the presale (thanks for posting the info Ric). TNA's their pre-sale moved some front row and floor seats but not a whole lot beyond that. I tried randomly through out the day to access seats at the 100 level and constantly got the same exact available seats in the same row/section etc. "They are probably only making certain sections available for the presale" I convincingly told myself. Chris...you sweet, sweet fool. Moments ago tickets went on sale and I got THE EXACT SAME SEATS OFFERED DURING THE PRE-SALE. Sensing something was amiss, I called ticketmaster at the same time that tickets went on sale in the event there was a problem with the website. I got off the phone with a very nice lady at ticketmaster (and her supervisor) who informed me that sections A, Q, R, S, T, U, and V are all being "held" right now and not opened up. Basically they want to try and sell ringside and 1/4 of the arena before they consider opening up the other seating: Having been to many wrestling events over the years, I am of the mindset that if you are not sitting in the first two rows, your next best seats (and in most cases better seats) are at an elevated viewing level (thus my desire for the 100 level). Ticketmaster did say that these sections may open up as they get closer to the show. #BoundForTarping

So if the draw is bad instead of 2000 people scattered throughout the arena you at least have 2000 on the camera side to give the impression the crowd is huge. I think they'll pack this building but they're really just covering their ass on this one and who can blame them?

It makes sense as to why they are doing it but they should have grayed out the areas where they weren't selling tickets.

For an event as big as BFG, is it a better idea to get the tix early? This is my first TNA show I've ever been to, since SD is about 5 hours south of me and I'm planning on making the trip down.

Tickets aren't moving very quickly and if you read above, they haven't even opened up half of the arena that they are using. You should be fine but if you want a decent seat, book it by the end of the month.

Though yeah some of the arena isn't opened up yet so you should be fine to wait till the end of the month to get your tickets.

I'd personally book this as an out of the current storylines and format and as the beginning of a resurgence of the originality and product that TNA used to present.
Ultimate X for the Vacant X-Division Championship: Suicide def. Kenny King, Petey Williams and Mason Andrews
TV Championship Magnus def. Mr. Anderson (c)
Gimmick Battle Royal Curry Man def. Judas Mesias, Sangriento, Sharkboy, Robbie E, Super Eric, The Brain Kendrick, Trytan, Rellik, L.A. Park and El Leon
TNA Tag Championships GunStorm (c) def. Sleazy Ain't Easy (Joey Ryan and Chavito Heat) and L.A.X
Octagon Rules Rampage Jackson def. Kurt Angle
WHC "Final Five" #1 Contenders Match Austin Aries def. Kazarian, Samoa Joe, Jay Bradley and *wildcard* (Chris Sabin)
If Team TNA wins Aces and Eights Disband, If Aces and Eights win Sting and Hogan are fired! Team TNA (Sting, Jeff Hardy, Bobby Roode and Justice Park) def. Aces and Eights (Devon, Knux, Wes and Garrett)
World Heavyweight Championship AJ Styles def. Bully Ray (c)

Though yeah some of the arena isn't opened up yet so you should be fine to wait till the end of the month to get your tickets. I'm not sure what level of "proof" you are looking for but I can give you this based on what is available now and based on the four different reps I spoke with before selecting my tickets, and my years of being OCD about seating during events: 1) TNA held a pre sale last Wednesday. I randomly checked throughout the day and was able to get the same seats over and over. The only ones I saw really move were the first few rows ringside. 2) Tickets went on sale to the general public on Friday so they have now been on sale for 4 days, 6 hours, and some odd minutes (+1 day presale and +1 week or so with the Travel Packages). 3) As of me writing this, there are still tickets available on the floor and the lower 100 level. I imagine there are tickets available in the upper 100 and the 200 level (upper blue zone on the chart) but I have yet to check. 4) I just checked and found that the exact same tickets on Ticketmaster.com that were available to me SATURDAY AFTERNOON. I'm not proving this information to be a dick - believe me, I would much rather see a packed house and an amazing show. Here is a map I created to better illustarate how tickets have sold thus far: -The grey X's represent areas that are said to be blocked off. -The Blue X's represent areas that were said to be sold out according to Ticketmaster agents. -The White ?'s are areas that no Ticketmastet agent could confirm if they would open up that seating or not...They stated that those areas had not been sold out and were not currently for sale either. -A number of floor seats are still available from what I gather on Ticketmaster, but anyone wanting tickets should study the map and call to pick out exactly where they wish to sit based on what it available. For anyone traveling or anyone new to wrestling shows - sitting on the floor is not an enjoyable experience unless you are within the first few rows. Your viewing angle is terrible and constantly obstructed for one reason or another. -100 level tickets are still available obviously. Don't forget you can always take your chances with Stubhub, Craigslist, Ebay, or a handful of other third party sites. Also, the Knockout Zone appears to be sold out but I forgot to mark that off on my map. Some other FYI's about the event: -Viejas (pronounced VEE-AY-HOSS) Arena, formerly the Cox arena, holds up to 12,845 people for concerts. -It hosted the 1998 WCW Bash at the Beach which gathered only 10,095. -If TNA "sells out" with it's current setup, we would be likely looking at 3,000 to 4,000 fans. Last but not least, for some added hype, here are a few more shots from inside the arena:
