Hold up, HOLD UP.
I see two guys at the most attacking the car. A "mob" didn't do shit.

There's more than one person who have their phones on recording, since in the video you see what looks like a guy and a girl go up to the car and it looks like she has her phone on. She probably even got their faces considering how close she was. I'm pretty sure between all the people who had their phones out that SOMEONE got the license plate.

To be honest, I don't think they were trying to get out of the car.
It's bad enough they hit the girl, but they just made the situation worse by trying to speed off.

Rather than attack the car shouldn't those people try to help the women that got ran over.

By the time the car sped off, it was after those people had started wrecking already. Probably out of fear of getting beaten up rather than fear of facing the consequences of hitting the woman.
