seeing Soldier Ant described as a "Prisoner of Wink" made me think it would be shocking if he came back and said "I was once a Prisoner of Wink....now I'm a Prisoner of KINK" and redubs himself S&M Ant

I just realized that the Grand Championship was Winks idea
Eddie won, and Wink said that Condor and Titor were scoping Eddie as a sort of Soldier that they wanted, one that would never break.
Is the Grand Championship just a Tool used to Corrupt Eddie Kingston? Is it just a pawn in Titor's Game?? Did they purposefully leave it for Eddie to Keep after Ashes??
WHAT IF THE GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP WAS CONSTRUCTED WITH PIECES OF THE EYE OF TYR INSIDE OF IT??
I could be wrong but if I'm not this could end badly...

Maybe the Grand Championship was a tool to see who was most worthy of leading Titors army. I mean, whoever won the championship had to be the most powerful person in Chikara, so why not make the strongest person a leader? Guess Eddie was too full of himself for the plan to fully be laid out. |

I really like the idea of Titor corrupting Eddie via the Grand Championship to groom him as the model citizen of a paramilitary compound; it'd be a very fitting use of his nickname as "The War King."
I don't think you even need to factor the Eye of Tyr into it. Eddie constantly refers to the GC as his "redemption." If that idea was planted in his ear by Wink or someone else, it'd probably have been all it took to cloud his perception of everything else that was happening to him and around him.

Watched Ashes tonight for the first time. Couple of things to think about. {Spoiler}{Spoiler} Who is Dieter's brother? {Spoiler}{Spoiler}What exactly happened to 17? It was made pretty much obvious that Quack took him out but now he seems to be okay {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Did anyone else notice Colt Cabana and Drew Gulak standing way in the back watching the showdown from National Pro Wrestling Day? {Spoiler}{Spoiler} Is Wink dead? Will this be the last we see of the family? |

Wow, these videos do a really good job of summarizing months (or years) of storyline into 4-5 minutes while making sure things make sense and keep the story compelling. Should be a real boon for new fans or anyone who fell off the bandwagon over the last year.

The roster page has finally updated. Fire Ant, Hallowicked, Icarus, the Batiri, Ultramantis, 3.0, and Ophidian are written in blue, while Eddie Kingston and Chuck Taylor are written in red. Guess that's the way we're gonna know who's tecnico and who's rudo.
