This is a really underrated PPV. I've never seen the triple threat but the Jericho/Rock match is a classic. They had another great match at Royal Rumble too. Jericho vs Rock is match of the night. The triple threat is fun. There's also Edge vs Christian in a ladder match, a fun opener with Hardyz vs Lance Storm and Hurricane, a surprisingly enjoyable Test vs Kane match and Stacy Keibler vs Torrie Wilson in a lingerie match, which 13 year-old me went nuts for. |

Found this pic on tumblr, looks like these are the Summerslam match graphics, shall try and find the moving version somewhere but otherwise on first impressions very swish  edit; Nevermind found and made. Not as good as last years graphics (I think I rate them in my all time classic list of WWE PPV graphics) but still very very good and cool design  Quite possibly two years in a row that i have preffered the Summerslam graphics to the Mania one's. The last classic Mania graphics to me were the ones for 28. |

Oh, I do enjoy this thread. I have kinda been derailed on my main event match collages due to lack of decent YouTube clips of cards from pre HD (and that I can't be bothered pulling the DVDs out of storage  ).  Had to contribute something... That picture of Shane was probably taken when he was told he'd be wrestling God. |

It also has the most face-saving ending for a big man in a Last Man I've ever seen. Jericho's dead 'til he tips the set on Kane, and even then, Kane is reaching through the barrels trying to nab Jericho.
It slightly nips out JBL's excellent 'I quit because I'm clever' out at Judgement Day 2005.
