Benoit looks like he has been into the future and seen what future Benoit does.

Triple H looks like he hates himself being in the ref position. It's like he is thinking I should be burying these two. -Riple H vs. Chris Jeric

Guess that makes Taker 2-0 in the "End of an Era" match.

Guess that makes Taker 2-0 in the "End of an Era" match. He didn't win that. And that was billed as End of an Era because Austin losing meant that he could never be on WWE TV ever again; Taker losing meant that Vince couldn't be on WWE TV anymore. And just like the new End of an Era, it didn't mean anything in the end.

Ah, right. Thinking of a different First Blood Match between the two - King of the Ring '98.

Screw it I will put the one's I posted in the pics/gif's thread in here as well for proper archiving And this is a quote from another thread as to why I love match graphics so much Loving these old match card graphics posts. They were so badass, especially at the start of SD or Raw with the theme in the background (beautiful people really went well with it), the movements, the uncomplicated yet excellent designs/boarders. To me the graphics from early to mid 2000's will always be better than today's, especially for the weekly episodes. I know it's only a small thing but I am such a mark for match graphics and the art behind them and how they work with music in the background/the announcers doing the hardsell for the ppv. I miss when they would take 3 minutes to put the theme on, show the grpahics and have the announcers doing the selling of the importance of each match individually, making even the undercard seem important, normally taking place near the end of the go home show. It was a great device to hype the PPV on the final episode and it's a shame they no longer do it. Plus the theme in the background with the match graphics made a badass combination. It made the characters even more larger than life to me, especially for a kid in his early teens and before.
