So what if you could set up your own wrestling organization. Who will be on your roster, will you have a roster split, what belts will you have, how many TV shows...
Now, no fantasy stuff, so you can't resurrect Guerrero or any of the Von Erichs.
Anyway, here's mine:
I have one two hour show on Monday night, and then I have a one hour show on Wednesday night. My Monday show is my "conventional" show, my Wednesday night show is my X Division-esque show.
I have no women's division, and my X Division is more a mix of cruiserweights and Danielson/McGuiness type of wrestlers. Their Wednesday night show is more focused on the wrestling, not so much angles.
I have the world title, the intercontinental title, the X Division title, and the tag team title.
Announce team: Mike Tenay & JBL for Monday night Joey Styles & Mike Tenay for Wednesday night
Roster
Monday Night Brock Lesnar Chris Benoit Kurt Angle Kane Samoa Joe Edge Booker T Petey Williams AJ Styles Finlay Brian Kendrick Low Ki Rhino Austin Aries Alex Shelley Homicide Christian Cage Abyss Roderick Strong Sandman
Wednesday Night Bryan Danielson Nigel McGuiness Super Crazy Christopher Daniels Gregory Helms Jimmy Yang Sonjay Dutt Jay Lethal Jack Evans
Tag Team Briscoe Brothers World's Greatest Tag Team (Benjamin & Haas) Kendrick/London The Naturals Team 3D Cade & Murdoch (stop laughing) Generation Next (Strong & Aries) Hardy Boyz Cryme Tyme (change their name & gimmick) Highlanders MNM

I have me a 2 hour show on Monday, a 1 1/2 hour show on Wednesday, and a 1/2 hour recap/discussion show on Saturday. My Mondays are WWE like, with a championship belt, a midcard belt, and a tag belt, with all the American style wrestlers. My Wednesday night show is pretty much the ROH division, not too complicated storylines (basic crap really), and Japan/Mexico/Euro wrestlers, all vying for a tag and main event belt. My Saturday night show has a highlight reel (approved by Bob Backlund AND Chris Jericho), basic recaps of the storylines and matches, speculation on the coming weeks, and appropriate plugs.
Monday Night (Announced by Tony Schiavone and JBL)
Main Eventers Brock Lesnar John Cena Randy Orton Edge Booker T Christian Cage Sting Kurt Angle
Mid Carders Mr. Kennedy Jeff Jarrett Kane MVP Bobby Lashley Abyss Sandman
Tag Teams Cryme Tyme Highlanders DX LAX RVD and Sabu FBI
Wednesday Night (Joey Styles and Mike Tenay)
Main Eventers Bryan Danielson Nigel McGuinness Chris Benoit Fit Finlay Samoa Joe KENTA
Tag Teams Londrick Hardys WGTT MNM Regal/Taylor
Friday Night Micheal Cole - Host Kevin Nash - Analyst Jim Ross - Analyst Maria - Throw to and from commercials

One live two hour show from 8-10pm eastern on Thursday nights. A one hour variety-type show (perhaps with some taped matches) on Sunday mornings at noon. Titles are the World Championship, TV Title, US Championship and Tag Team Championship. TV Title is strictly defended on TV at least twice a month (and would be the main crutch for the weekend TV show).
Live TV announcers: Jim Ross and Paul Heyman Taped TV announcers: Joey Styles and CM Punk
Main Roster
Samoa Joe CM Punk Bryan Danielson Edge Christian John Cena Chris Benoit Finlay William Regal Johnny Nitro Undertaker AJ Styles Lashley Christopher Daniels Homicide Sabu Matt Sydal Sandman RVD Abyss Nigel McGuiness Sonjay Dutt Gregory Helms Kenny Dykstra Ric Flair Carlito

I would try with a Monday Night 2 hour show, a Hour long show on Wednesday and another 1 hour show on Saturday.
I would have a World Champ, TV champ, Cruiserweight Champ and a Tag Team Championship Belt.
The Cruiserweight Limit would be 225 lbs.
The World belt would be defended sparingly and on PPV's, the TV Belt will be defended on all programs, the other belts will be determined when the time is right.
The Monday Program will be the storyline driven program, Wednesday night the action driven and Saturday will be the episode where new stars and jobbers will mainly fight where the TV champion will be the main event attraction.
The Monday show will be broadcast by Mike Tenay and JBL, Wednesday's show by Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbysko. Saturday's show will also be broadcast by Tony Schiavone and Larry Zbysko.
I'll break the roster down by division.
Heavyweight division: Rob Van Dam Sabu Justin Credible Abyss w/James Mitchell Christian Cage Tyson Tomko Jeff Jarrett Samoa Joe Kurt Angle Batista Edge Ron Killings Lance Hoyt Chris Benoit
Cruiserweight Division: Rey Mysterio Juvetud Gurerra Petey Williams A.J. Styles Christopher Daniels Sonjay Dutt Gregory Helms Jimmy Yang Nigel McGuinness
Tag Team Division: Kings of Wrestling Worlds Greatest Tag Team Generation Next The Hooliganz (London and Kendrick) The British Invasion (Regal and Taylor) Irish Airborne The Heartbreak Express w/$oCalVal Latin American Exchange w/Konnan

Okay... Here it goes:
90 minute show, Monday night. World title, Television title, Tag titles. Announce team: Mike Tenay, and Tazz GM: Eric Bischoff, working with a "sactioning committee"
This show would open up with a number one contender's match for the T.V. title every week. The television title would be defended on every show. There would be a relevant ranking system, for all titles. No backstage segments, all story progression would take place in the ring, our at least between the entrance and the ring. The general idea, would be to have four or five top contenders for the World title, and to focus on their path to the title.
Then we'd have a Thursday night show, also 90 minutes. "Pure wrestling" title/Cruiserweight title... Television title, Women's title Announce team: JBL and Tony Schiavani
The show would have more of a structured layout, with stricter rules for it's matches. The television title would be defended on this show as well.... To that show's rules.... But the T.V. Champ follows the belt.... If somebody from Monday night has the belt, he has to follow Thursday night's rules on Thursday night's show, and vice versa. At least once a month, the "Pure" title has to be defended on television, but can be defended to the ranked challenger of Champ's choosing.... The PPV defense MUST be against the #1 contender. Same defense rule applies to the Women's title.
Roster: Monday
- Ken Kennedy - Christian Cage - Brock Lesnar - Kane - Homicide - Low Ki - Hernandez - Konnan - Chavo Guerrero - Tomko - Colt Cabana - Nigel McGuinness - The Briscoes - Regal and Taylor - Londrick - LAX - Hardyz - MNM
Roster: Thursday
- Chris Benoit - Bryan Danielson - Christopher Daniels - Kurt Angle - Roderick Strong - Austin Aries - AJ Styles - Super Dragon - KENTA - Fit Finley - CM Punk - Samoa Joe - Steve Corino - Trish Stratus - Daizee Haze - LuFisto - Akira Hokuto - Megumi Kudo - Sara Del Ray - Mickie James - Victoria

I'd have two shows, one Monday night and one Thursday night. Both would be two hours long. There would be no brand extension or roster split, but different focuses. The Monday show would be more of a Sports Entertainment show, with lots of interviews and longer promos to go along with the wrestling to advance storylines. The Thursday show would have more of a focus on matches, though storylines will be advanced.
Most of the main event talent would be on the Monday shows, though they would still show up on the Thursday shows as well. The Thursday show is the "B" show for all intents and purposes and allows the lower and midcard people to really shine.
Belts: Women's Championship World Tag Team Championship North American Championship World Championship.
With the exception of the Women's Championship, anyone can win any of these titles, as there are no real weight divisions. The NA, Tag, and Women's Championship will see title defenses on the regular TV shows while the World Title will be mainly defended on PPV's, with the occasional free TV title defense. However, the World Champion will make appearances on both shows and have non-title matches on them, either singles or as part of a tag-team. The NA Champion is seen as Top of the Midcard and after a reign, will go to the main event scene if proven popular enough.
Roster:
Monday announce team - Jim Ross and JBL Thursday announce team - Joey Styles (Original ECW style) and Paul Heyman
Champions:
World Champion - Edge North American Champion - Bryan Danielson World Tag Team Champions - Austin Aries and Roderick Strong Women's Champion - Mickie James
(rest of the roster picks exclude champions)

Tag-Teams:
Kings of Wrestling (Claudio Castagnoli and Chris Hero) Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) Hardy Boyz (Jeff and Matt Hardy) MNM (Johnny Nitro and Joey Mercury w/Melina as manager) Latin American eXchange (Hernandez and Homicide w/Konnan as manager) J.O.B.
