Was it a good idea or bad to not have Debra Wilson follow through as Bret's valet? Would've given him something to do

Any Big Show turn. He should have been a loner.
Bringing up something I talked about yesterday, Savio Vega's turn on "Smilin' " Rocky Maivia in 1997. By then, nobody cared about Savio Vega to have a strong opinion on the turn, plus nobody liked the good guy Chia Hair Maivia, anyway.
I never understood why they made Triple H a face in 2002. He tears his quadricep in 2001 after bashing people with sledgehammers for a year or so. The fact he got hurt made him a good guy? Oh wait, it was just so he and Stephanie can feud. Chris Jericho was just the useless pawn in that bit.
Chuck & Billy's face turn at the "gay wedding". Okay, they admit they're not gay. That should make them even bigger heels for not going through with it.

Coach turning on.....erm..... Who did he turn on again? I think it was Shane McMahon at Summerslam 2003. I knew that...I was just wondering about how much interest there was in him actually turning.

AJ's recent turn still makes no sense to me and the Linda McMahon turn was the dumbest turn ever and went NOWHERE

The Melina 'heel turn' (even though she was already a heel) on Mick Foley was really lame.

- Owen Hart turning on Ken Shamrock in that tag match in '98 and biting Shamrock's ear in an homage to Mike Tyson. That was pretty much the moment where Owen's post-Survivor Series main-event potential officially dried up.
- Mark Henry turning on Shamrock not long before that in basically the same situation.
- Ahmed Johnson turning on the Undertaker in '97. It was telegraphed for weeks, with the promise of nothing but a summer's worth of stinkfest matches. (Only Ahmed's 132nd serious injury spared us from that feud.)
- The Headbangers going heel and actually making the New Age Outlaws seem cool by comparison.
- Tatanka in '94. That whole angle with Luger and DiBiase just sucked, sucked, sucked, and it went on forever.

I remember feeling very 'bleh' when Foley attacked Tommy Dreamer earlier this year.
I'm still unsure as to what that was for.

As a guy who was in the crowd that night when it happened, I'm still baffled at why Foley turned on Dreamer. In fact I'm still wondering why Austin turned heel at Wrestlemania 17. Foley turned heel because his character had become an arrogant prick who saw the "hardcore" style of wrestling as something that was solely HIS to exploit and use, not for anybody else. Since he had gotten it over in the mainstream so well, he rationalized that anybody else would be ripping him off if they attempted to use that same style in mainstream wrestling to get over. Austin turned heel to make sure that he left WM 17 as WWE champion. He would not have it any other way, and he would not risk losing fairly. It would be absolutely unacceptable to him if he had lost that night.

The problem with Austin's turn was that he was STILL cheered when he won the belt

WM13. I went in pro-Hitman, I came out more pro-Hitman.
And, as mentioned, WM17. They made it extremely obvious in the weeks leading up to mania, and it still was a baffling move.

Barry Windham turning on Flair in favor of Bischoff/nWo
Curt Hennig turning on the Horsemen for nWo
I'm sure there are more, but I'm blanking
