Ever wonder what New Jack would have been like if he were technically sound, kinda puro, and sounded like he had a cold? It's sorta like that, kinda. ...That's the best I explanation I could have come up with...Everyone else talks about all the stuff he can do, I prefer to be short and to the point. You forgot to mention Homicide is...what's the word I'm looking for...oh yeah, professional! As opposed to New "that stabbing was a work" Jack. Tell that to Steve Corino. Nevermind, he probably wouldn't hear you.

I still find it funny that for as much as they legitimately didn't like each other, they still were able to put that aside to have an amazing series of matches.

The thug gimmick is perfect, it fits and works so well. Homicide is A-Ok with me.

Have you seen his finisher? If wrestling was real, Homicide's name would be all too appropriate...

He never got his roller skates. What do you want from the guy, huh? He can kill one-thousand cops, but it still won't get him those roller skates.

Because, I mean, do I even have to say it? Yo, yo, he's gotta pee! Same reason I became a Homicide appreciator. Almost peeing on CM Punk.

I wasn't too high on him either until i saw him actually wrestle. Watch his LAX matches with Daniels & Styles. They sold me on Homicide, but also on Hernandez who i now have hugh respect for.

Yeah, it's pretty much the thug image that kills guys like homicide for me. I'm sorry, but I gotta be able to connect with a superstar/wrestler in some fashion in most cases, or else earn respect for them through a good/entertaining feud with someone I already care about.
Thanks guys, but for now I'll remain on the fence and try to watch him closer in TNA instead of fast forwarding LAX matches and segments.

I don't see what's so great about him, either. I probably need to see more of his stuff, though. But it'll take a lot for me to forget the permanent hearing damage that he legitimately inflicted on Steve Corino.

For me it's the character...I myself don't relate any way shape or form to the thug thing but it's just a fun character. I wasn't a huge fan of him since knowing of him but I do have a better respect for him after watching the finale of the ROH/CZW rivalry, without spoiling much I'll basically say if Cornette can't get you to like Homicide then you truly don't like Homicide.

Sometimes guys who hate each other legit put on the best matches, because they pull no punches and you know the animosity is real. See also: Benoit v Sullivan, Hart v Michaels.

Wow, just saw his match against Necro with one of the most awesome moments I've ever seen. I'm surprised I've never heard about it before.
They brawled a little outside of the ring, Homicide threw him back into the ring and then shouted something to the crowd. And with Necro in the middle of the ring everybody starts throwing chairs in the ring. It was as awesome as the ECW-moment when everyone started throwing chairs in the ring in the Funk/Cactus match. But the most awesome thing about it was that Necro was in the middle of the ring, literally buried under dozens of chairs.
Awesome moment.
