Between Hunter showing his power and D-Bryan being destroyed by the Shield again, Bryan and Rollins put on a clinic. Let's take some time to give them some props for this gem of a match.

Seth Rollins deserved a standing ovation not just from the crowd but from the roster in the back for merely surviving that top rope German, not to mention there's a fan cam of Bryan hitting him with the knee that looks like he got decapitated. I don't understand how he isn't addicted to painkillers at this point.

He is clearly the best in ring talent in the Sheild, although that shouldn't be surprising considering his work in ROH. If he can continue to work on his mic skills, I see a real future for him.
On another note, is it just me or is Dean Ambrose really getting into good shape? He looks leaner and more muscular.

While rummaging through everybody's bags (he looks like he'd do that) he found some packages in Orton's bag (along with some Poop, yes, he poops in his own bag). Now he's got heightened strength, leaner muscle tone, and is extremely agressive.

It was awesome. That suplex off the top rope was insane.

I've been singing Rollins' praises for a while. Ambrose is good and perhaps slightly better on the mic (I'm not so much a big fan, but I know a lot are), but he certainly doesn't put clinics on like Rollins does. Out of the Shield, Rollins is the greatest in-ring talent, bar none. All 3 guys are good though, and all have strengths to be around for a while. I just hope that Rollins gets the most out of it, because he's probably the most capable in terms of just making it look easy.

I didn't get to see it as I was on a plane sadly. But I would love for them to bring up their past, Rollins and Bryan.
Daniel Bryan is this anti-corporate wrestler, and he used to be Seth Rollins' mentor on the independents. Rollins though now fights for Triple H and the McMahons because he appreciates what they have done for him, and Bryan still longs for the past and just wants to be this wrestler instead of a WWE Superstar like him. This could also fit into the Shield's M.O. of fighting against injustice, and the injustice of Bryan not appreciating his spot and knowing his place.

There was a small moment that I liked. After the suicide dive the camera shows Ambrose who has his hands raised, and Reigns who has his arm extended towards what just happened and he's yelling at the ref. It's a small moment, but a nice touch that Reigns is pissed at the ref for allowing D-Bry to do that to his tag partner.

One thing is for sure, I can't wait for Rollins to eventually turn face. He needs to use that spot where he springboards off a fat guy to hit a moonsault.

Really good TV match for sure. It was pretty clear that the fans want to see D-Bry throwing down in the ring more than they want him doing silly vandalisms though.

Seth is EASILY one of the top workers in the whole company. Can't wait to see Bryan/Seth on a PPV. Cesaro/Rollins. Zayn/Rollins. Punk/Rollins. Ziggler/Rollins. #DATGERMAN

I was mad the camera missed Bryan's finish. There are way too many shots of the crowd these days. You don't need to show me 20 shots of people doing the YES chant during a match!

This is DBry's year all right. With the matches he put on with Cesaro, Orton, Cena, and Rollins. Man's putting on a show as well as being over like rover with the fans.

That German spot was friggin amazing.
Every Daniel Bryan match is a must see for me these days, and Rollins can definitely go in the ring as well. I was never really a fan of his in ROH, but in WWE, he's hitting all the high notes for me.

i was a huge tyler black fan, and i just love seth rollins now. what i like about him a d-bry, is that i get the feeling the agents are like "alright...they've wrestled each other years ago, lets just let them do their thing. ps: you guys have x amount of minutes."
and then they go out there and do their thing, and its f***ing awesome

I seriously think that because of Bryan/Shield/Cesaro and a few others everyone on the roster is stepping up their game. There have been a ton of good matches in the E this year and that trend looks like it will continue going forward.

My other favorite spot besides that German was Rollins almost landing seated in Cole's chair

I don't want to get into hyperboles here, but I think the overall match quality this year has been higher than I've seen at any other time in WWE. I credit that to both the skill of all the wrestlers they have nowadays, and to Raw going three hours, because it seems like they're giving matches more time, and putting more emphasis on the wrestling.

I know I'm not the target audience for this type of match, but I was annoyed at the bait-and-switch of advertising a gauntlet match and then basically just doing a singles match followed by a big beatdown while the bell was rung a couple times to tell us that it involved a DQ.
