I know the board sentiment is pretty Anti-Del Rio at this point (I'm no fan of him myself) but I think it would be a good idea to bring Del Rio into the fold. Not since like 09 has the WHC had real relevance to it, and bringing in the title can give both it and it's holder some actually legitimacy (seriously, Triple H being behind the two World Champions.) Del Rio could certainly use something to breathe new life into his heel persona, and this would give someone like Ziggler a great opportunity to step up into an important feud.

In theory, it would be a good idea to have two heel champions in the corporate fold. In reality, it would be awful because Del Rio would be involved, and with 5 heel authority figures & 5 (6) heel champions, intertwining them all (save for Axel) might be a little too much.

Del Rio's character should absolutely be trying to get in the regime. He's a slimy heel he should be trying to make things as easy for himself as possible. The only downside is that he creates such a black hole of apathy that not even Hulk Hogan 1987 could make anyone care about him.

It amazes me that some people haven't grasped that Ziggler is toast as any sort of top guy at this point. By the end of that feud with Del Rio I 100% felt that Del Rio was the better wrestler and didn't need to see it again. The reason for Ziggler getting stomped 3 on 1 by The Shield last week was to segue him into a US title feud with Ambrose while Show/Henry go for the tag belts. He'll probably job in that feud as well.

He has all the tools, but there are too many people agead of him. Best shot for him now is to be in that spot with The Miz as a prominently featured "midcarder with star power" that WWE will still sell as being "important". It's honestly a better role for him. Giving him a THIRD run with the charity belt will do nothing for him at this point.

I'm not sure tbh. Del Rio is MY favorite. He's doing great and getting heat(despite what haters say). I just feel that wwe doesn't know what to do with him in terms of feuds. Since all the champpions are heels. I think they should all be in the corporation. As the months go by they start losing their titles one by one with Orton and Del Rio being the last two heel champions. Then at WrestleMania they both lose their titles.

I don't know, I bet Hulk could've convinced the kids that Del Rio's enziguris and armbars are a threat to the American way of life.

He lost his first world title the same night it was given to him and he spent the majority of his second reign on the shelf with a concussion and lost it to Alboreto as soon as he got back. Let's see him get a proper title run before we start calling him 'done'.

Makes sense
He fits that corporate champion role
And his continued pandering is gaining steam
May as well have hhh give his approval
HHH saying
"These are the true elite in this business, just look at all the gold"

Big E has a better chance of being part of them than Del Rio does.

Let's see him get a proper title run before we start calling him 'done'. WWE has been doing this song and dance with Ziggler for almost three years. Pushing him to the top, and then shoving him back down the card. I feel at this point, they need to either push him all the way to the WWE Championship tier or let him actually BE a midcarder. WWE needs to look at Ziggler, and a good chunk of their other talents, and decide exactly who is a main eventer and who is a midcarder. No more of this "too good for midcard, not ready for main event" BS.

He would fit the stable like a glove, but I don't really see it happening. Randy Orton is more over and already fills the role ADR would occupy.
