I think I'd prefer to stop hearing/seeing Ric Flair first.

Speaking of which, I have never seen any Panda Energy products. They don't make products/ They own power plants. So, Dixie's dad is Mr. Burns. So that makes Dixie Larry Burns. Hm....

With his experience with things not lasting, TNA should be worried. The man knows a sinking ship when he sees one. And he sees one every time he looks in a mirror. Yea, I went there

I tend to not listen to the "TNA is dying" threads much when they come from Internet boards, but from a guy who's been in the business and worked for every company for about 40 years and actually worked for TNA...yeah, I'd listen to that.

Because when it comes to financial matters, no one knows more than The Natural Boy. Yep, Ric Flair would be the greatest financial adviser ever, whatever he tells you do the exact opposite. And yet Ric Flair financial went bankrupt Seriously his name was attached to a finance company like when he first retired from the WWE

Eh, he also thought Bruce Prichard was good, so I'm not sure how valid any of his opinions are. He doesn't really seem to be saying anything new though, he's basically saying "when Dixie's parents stop funding it will end" which is hardly anything new. Even if they were to pull out financially I wonder if Spike would purchase a stake and find another group to do the same. TNA still does decent numbers for Spike as far as I know.

Flair might have an awful track record with money and with his personal life, but he also witnessed a much more successful company with a longer history go out of business. He has some credibility here. Hulk Hogan was the center of two boom periods, so if he feels TNA can succeed, then he has some credibility there as well. In other words, nothing Flair said here means anything.

"Wrestling companies get divorced, too, right?" "Dixie Carter doesn't have as much money as you might think! I mean she's still on her first marriage! The lady can't even afford a divorce lawyer!" "Ric, maybe she's still married to Serg because their marriage is still working..." "Can't even afford a divorce lawyer! Speaking of which, I have never seen any Panda Energy products. They don't make products/ They own power plants. So, Dixie's dad is Mr. Burns. "Dixie, get this youngster Antonio Rocca into the X-Division post-haste! He has a phenomenal victory roll and the ethnics will love him!"

Because when it comes to financial matters, no one knows more than The Natural Boy. The fact Ric had the gall to start a company called Ric Flair Finance is baffling.

I imagine Impact is usually one of their highest rated programs. I doubt Spike will get "fed up" with TNA anytime soon. They've consistently been in the 1-ish range since they debuted on Spike. I don't think the rest of their original programming has been that consistent.

honestly as long as TNA keeps Spike happy they'll be fine. If TNA really needed money I'm sure Panda Energy would give more, but as long as the tv company is happy, they'll be happy.

Give it 2 weeks until WWE fires him for being a drunk buffoon, and he goes crawling back to TNA, and talks them up like they're the greatest thing since Jesus

Spike in the past has been happy with their ratings, since even at their lowest, they still perform pretty good for a Spike show. I think Spike would be fine contributing to a degree, but the more they would have to buy in, the smaller their profit margin would be for it.

Various names have been predicting TNA's demise for several years now. However, with lawsuits by Daffney and Steiner, the ongoing releases, and the fact that many TNA wrestlers have to work second jobs I think it is also fair to say the company could be in definite financial stress. But then again, they were never exactly overflowing with cash either. Now color me a cynic, but I would argue for an approach that involves eliminating the contracts that are sucking up the most money while bringing nothing to the table, and yeah, I think we all know who I mean. Honestly they should have nullified Hogan's contract after that Monday Night Wars disaster; he basically promised them miracles and failed in spectacular style. That alone should have justified his release.

honestly as long as TNA keeps Spike happy they'll be fine. If TNA really needed money I'm sure Panda Energy would give more, but as long as the tv company is happy, they'll be happy. Panda Energy used to give TNA the money they wanted but stopped it when it started to effect the bottom line. Janice Carter controls the purse strings and is the person making crucial business decisions (hiring, firing, overall budget). SPIKE is pleased with TNA's ratings but want Bellator as its main destination program. Just like ECW was the top rated show on TNN but treated like the bastard child by the network, TNA is reliving the same. If Bellator takes off, SPIKE will be more than happy to part ways. So as long as Impact still stays over a 0.8 and Bellator doesn't reach a 1.0 regularly, they are safe.
