I'm finding it hard to decide weather to buy NEO Scavenger. It looks pretty good and I played the demo a few times. But it is an alpha. I already have several alpha's (Prison Architect, Talisman and Rimworld) So don't know if I want another unfinished game. Especially after the Towns debacle.

Does anyone have the issue of a huge backlog of games?
I'm slightly concerned as I've only been buying PC games for 3 weeks and through all the different sales and bundles I've got around 70 games (and havent spent much money on them at all) I've also got like 50 games on my xbox 360 backlog.
buying PC games is really addictive and when I see something 75% off I tend to buy it out of fear I might not get that deal again

I just learned that I have a Steam account I haven't touched in ages. I think it's time to fix that.

Thinking about picking up Game Dev Tycoon and The Stanley Parable. I'm not a huge PC gamer, but anybody have any suggestions? Working with a laptop that doesn't have super mega huge capabilities.

I haven't played The Stanley Parable but I've heard a ton of good things. And both of those don't require much power. Take a look at the Humble Bundle and see if there's anything you'd be interested in. Most of those games aren't PC-intensive, and you can get them all for less than $6 bucks. And Braid is $2, if you've never checked it out. I haven't played much of it, but I liked what I did play.

Tons of recreations of classic tables, software itself id free, pretty cheap table packs (not to mention each month a playable is free to play for that month), excellent physics, comes with Tales of the Arabian Nights for free.

Steam ID: Osiris Saline
Since building a pretty horribly magnificent music production rig I've been...playing games with the excessive components I got for cheap so may I be added to the Steam group, good fellows?

Rogue Legacy's a great one that's not too graphically intensive, but is really entertaining and challenging.

I've started playing Bit Trip Runner 2 (think I got it from a Humble Bundle) it's unrelentingly difficult, one mistimed jump and you have to go all the way backto the checkpoint, but it's one of those games that are so fun that even though you die and repeat the same sections alot it never really gets frustrating.

I have a few guest passes for Killing Floor that I somehow acquired (They just appeared one day!), so if anyone's on the fence about it or just wants to try it, hit me up and I'll send you one over Steam. It gives you access to the full game for a limited time, not sure how long.

Especially since with a tablet you can play it on the go and all that. Makes me wonder by the way, does the tablet version allow to be played in portrait mode so the aspect ratio actually looks like a pinball table?

It still has a slight tilt to it based on which angle you use, but yes it can be played either portrait or landscape.

Oh man, can't believe I forgot Hotline. I freaking love that game, it's easily one of my favourite on Steam. It's weird, I have access to all these amazing games with great graphics on Steam, but I still play the old school homages the most. Also, another one which is great, although might not be your cup of tea is FTL: Faster than Light. I love it personally, but some folks might not find it that entertaining.

Ok, I keep hearing about Don't Starve, looked it up, and still was unsure of what kind of game it is. Can someone explain what kind of game it is?
