Mankind's WWF Title win and the pop Austin's music gets when he comes out will be very high, possibly number 1. Jericho's debut pop was pretty special as well. Mankind's win should be number 1. I've never seena crowd that loud. Rock returning to host Mania will be somewhere in the top 5, probably right around HHH returning at MSG and CM Punk in Chicago.

Triple H on "wrong" side of many of those clips? *It's burial time* That shows how great is HHH as a heel. I remember that as a Kid, I went bananas after watching jericho beating HHH for title only to be mad to see him being forced to drop the title. And the rock beating HHH at backlash was amazing, I gave the match for lost after seeing the huge disadvantage that the rock had in this match, only to see austin and earl hebner going down the ramp and stop all the bullshit that was happening on the match. I was crying of joy after that win. I hope to see the return of kane after a 5 vs 5 match between the rock, foley and too cool against hhh, xpac, malenko, saturn and hardcore holly, I remember that everybody on the arena lost their mind after seeing paul bearer appear on the ramp Man, I miss to be a kid watching this recap

That John Cena secret still astounds me.
I was a fully fledged member of the IWC, had the Rumble taped and my Sister (the biggest John Cena fan I know) text me saying "You'll never guess who won!!!!" all excited and I STILL didn't click it was him until he came out.

Hogan/Warrior encounter at the 1990 Royal Rumble should definitely be on this list.

Same. As he kept his head down a few seconds when first coming out I even thought it was someone dressed as him.

I still feel so bad for the people of Montreal. HBK got them GOOD. Had Bret actually come out, decked HBK, and put him in the Sharpshooter, the simultaneous orgasm by every person in the arena would've been so powerful, the building would've collapsed. That Montreal crowd was absolutely on fire during that show. From the beginning to the end of that HBK promo, they were absolutely rabid and looked ready to lynch poor Shawn. The sheer balls HBK had to go out and be that cocky and heelish in such an environment is amazing. And yeah, if Bret had actually returned...my god. There were actually tons of rumors swirling around back then that he really WAS going to come back. This was around the time when Bret had worked with Vince to put together his career retrospective DVD, which was one of several signs that he had patched things up with the WWE. Lots of people extrapolated that to mean that he would actually make a return to WWE TV, most likely at Summerslam to make his triumphant return during the Hogan vs. HBK match (I remember reading a storyline proposal where Bret's music rings out in the middle of the match, the crowd goes nuts, he comes out to the ring, HBK looks horrified...only for Bret to attack Hogan instead, as revenge for Wrestlemania IX. ). I can totally see why that crowd reacted the way it did, because it DID seem plausible for Bret to be back, at the time. It's amazing to imagine. The seats at the Molson Center would never have been 100% clean again, given the sheer power of hundreds of fans creaming themselves simaltaneously.

No Wrestlemania 18 Hulk Up?
This list is unacceptable without that moment.
EDIT: only just clocked on to the "part 1" in the video/title, for I am a fool.

They could do one on Montreal reactions alone. Great crowd.

I may come and go with my fandom, but I'll always be proud that I was one of the people in State College jumping up and down like a nut when Jericho beat Triple H for the title.

The massive bullshit chant after Yoko/Lex at Wrestlemania 10 needs to be on the list.

I'm thinking Goldberg/Hogan may be in there somewhere unless I'm not remembering it right. I don't think they'll include WCW in this. If they do, the reaction to Sting at Uncensored 1997 would have to be on here also the reaction to Luger beating Hogan for the title.

What was #16 from? Hogan got like a 5-7 minute standing ovation during his final WWE run but I can't remember if that was the one or not. My personal top 10(spoiler'd for length): {Spoiler}1) Hogan vs Rock at WM 18 (Hogan's entrance alone was huge but it went to insane when he Hulked up)
2) The Rock 2011 return
3) Foley first WWF title win
4) Brock Lesnar 2012 return
5) Triple H 2002 return
6) Jericho debut
7) Big Show vs Lesnar ring breaking superplex
8) CM Punk vs Cena 2011 Money in the Bank
9) Cena, Vickie, Ziggler boo-fest promo
10) Cena choosing Daniel Bryan to face him at Summerslam
Honorable mention:
-Hogan return to red and yellow in 2002 -Sandman entrance at One Night Stand 2005 -Kane 2000 return vs DX -Fandago-ing -Austin beer truck/ Angle milk truck -Rob Conway entrance compilation

Considering the grief we give crowds for being too quiet these days, Ziggler's cash in, Lesnar's return and MITB '11 stand out as some of the best pops of all time.

My personal suggestion: Bret and Austin starting the 10 man tag by slugging it out at Canadian Stampede - JR is struggling to be heard over the reaction from the locals, it sounds genuinely crazy.

Bet that Hunter's MSG return-pop gets a high ranking. It was pretty magical. Should probably be #1 since Hogan in Montreal is so low for some reason, the roof just blows off of MSG for HHH and then the pop just keeps going. I also agree that Malenko/Jericho should be on this list, but know that it won't be. It's a forgotten pop.

Hogan got a huge pop before the WM18 match on Raw (heck, wasn't it the night that match was set up and then the NWO hit Rock in the ambulance with that mack truck?) that nearly brought him to tears. I reckon that will rank high. If that doesn't.......I don't know what anything means anymore.
