It surprises me that Hercules essentially wrestled at every pay-per view from 1986 to 1992. It's not like he was as over as Hogan, Savage, or Andre throughout the entirety of that either. Yet they just kept giving him pay-offs.

I didn't think Hornswoggle would last that long but he's been with wwe for about 7 years now. I find it weird he is still around. They basically haven't done anything with him in years now. Which I'm sort of split on; he seems like a talented and committed enough performer and there've been moments with him I've liked but... Man, has he had more than his fair share of unwatchable garbage.

Hacksaw Jim Duggan at various times between 2005 and 2012 as he was getting on a bit by then and they weren't all just short runs, I just read the wikipedia page for that part of his career to see how weird it was, just look at the variety of names:
He started by attacking Rob Conway Soon after called Lita a Hooooo at the behest of Cena, as a result he feuded with Edge. Edge later beat him down as part of Rated RKO to prevent him helping HBK.
Teamed with Eugene against male cheerleaders and The Higlanders, got turned on by heel Eugene, then teamed with Super Crazy, then teamed with The Sandman for one match against Regal and Carlito.
Was a contestant on the Dating Game, tried to break he masterlock, competed in a 17 on 2 handicap match.
Entered a few Royal Rumbles eliminated Cody from one of them, also feuded with legacy.
Appeared in place of Bret Hart due to a Sgt Slaughter heeling it up in Canada.
Santino hit him with a guitar, he later teamed with Santino to take on Primo and Epico, and again in a six man match (with Sgt Slaguhter) against Hunico, Camacho, and McIntyre.

The Eugene heel turn still completely and utterly baffles me. If you were going to turn him heel, why the hell would you have him not announce he made up the whole gimmick for sympathy or something, instead of having him beat down Duggan while repeatedly yelling, "I'M SPECIAAAAAL!"?

Between his time as a referee, a manager and the companies go-to authority figure when they need one, its sometimes amazing to imagine that Teddy Long has been with the company for almost 15 years.

We don't really seem to get those big roster spring cleans anymore like we use to on a yearly basis, would usually happen just after the draft lottery.
Ted Dibiase was the last main roster guy to leave right?, and I believe that was his own choice.
Anyway back on topic, Mark Henry has been with the company 16 years now, granted a good majority of that was spent injured, but niontheless.

Ricky Steamboat's first run in WWF barely lasted 3 years, and his second only a few months.

Rosa Mendez Just Rosa Mendez Came to post this. Also I can't think of anyone contracted to be a wrestler in the WWE this long that has yet to get a pin/submission. Even the old contracted jobbers in the 80s would beat other jobbers once in a while.

The longest tenured Diva in WWE history is Victoria with nine years. Think about that for a second.

Santino has been around for like 7 years, which I just thought of this past Monday on RAW. Never would have thought when he first debuted he'd still be around.

I remember the NEWZ were saying WWE is thinking of releasing him after his IC title run unless he pulls a 180 to impress management. I honestly think Santino might be WWE's greatest pure comedy wrestler ever

May not exactly be a long time - quite the opposite in fact - but I am still surprised that Sin Cara is still on the roster by this point. Every failure that has happened to him since his debut in 2011 has seen his stock fall quicker than almost anyone's & seems to have got on the wrong side of most people in the company.
It's a shame really because he could have been really great with some time in NXT, proper English, & the right opponents (The Miz not being one of them). He should be the guy taking over Rey's spot in the company as the very popular, crowd-pleasing masked luchadore who sells heaps of masks.
Now the WWE has signed Samuray Del Sol (can't remember his NXT name off the top of my head) I sense his time is almost coming to an end - baring some kind of good fortunes.
