I still absolutely detest that belt. It was a belt based on John Cena's gimmick yet guys like Randy Orton and HHH had to carry it around. It's like The Rock or Undertaker holding the smoking skull belt. Oh and it's ugly as hell and has not one bit of class or prestige that a world championship belt should have.

That makes me wonder who has held the most incarnations of the title (not counting things like Warrior's changing strap colors). I'm guessing Rock - the Attitude belt, Smoking Skull, Undisputed, spinner, and the new one.

Probably RVD, entirely for his justification for keeping it around being the fact that it spins. Outside of that, Cena and Edge. The person it looked the worst on was always Triple H. Just... Damn, that belt never remotely worked for him. Came in here to say that....loved that line..."and look at this one, it spins!"

I stopped associating it with Cena once it stopped spinning and Cena ditched tge rapper gimmick.
Punk made it his own with the long reign. And also Miz carried the Spinner well.

John Cena. If you disagree, well FU and STFU.
And please do not tell me that I need an attitude adjustment.

Seriously?
It's Cena's belt. How is there any other possibility?

A better question would be besides Cena, who looked good with that belt.
Sheamus and Punk IMO did.

It was a "rock star" belt, so it looked best on "rock star" characters. So it looked stupid on anyone other than Cena, Edge, RVD, and maybe Hardy.

John Cena is the first that comes to mind.
It is hard for me to think of anyone else having held the title, but then again, my memory is about as good as a fox, an Alicia Fox.
