He's an Attitude era guy, and was pretty over, so he'd likely get a nostalgia pop for say, a Rumble appearance, but long term....too old and not enough of a legacy that anyone would care once the nostalgia wore off bar a few hardcore fans (and sorry to those guys)

He's worth a short Royal Rumble appearance at best, IMO.

I would laugh if they did Shamrock VS Swagger, with both immediately locking on the anklelock on the other and refusing to let go.

I don't know how much I'd care for him to return and wrestle every week, but dammit I'd like to see him in WWE at least one more time. Shamrock was one of my absolute favorites as a kid, and I used him more than anyone in WWE 13.

Full return? I don't think they should. Special appearances? Sure. I'd enjoy seeing him in WWE. He'll be 50 in a few months, so I just don't see WWE being interested in bringing him in for a substantial amount of time.

He'd be a prime candidate for a Legends contract. Beyond that, have him slap an ankle lock on Heath Slater or something and make one or two appearances.

I'd love it honestly. Always one of my favourites, great intensity, crisp in the ring and he pulled off the whole "I'M GONNA SNAP!" gimmick perfectly. Plus, He had such an awesome theme.I was such a mark for him as a kid. Always wanted him to beat the Rock. Also, not gonna lie, I always used to do his little face punching thing to pump myself up when I did MMA.

Didn't like him when he first started in the WWF - partly because he made Bret Hart tap and I refused to deal with that But mostly since I wasn't in the US so had no idea who he was, this guy walking into the WWF and being declared the most dangerous man alive (or whatever) seemed disrespectful in the extreme and I really wanted someone to put him down. I was happy when he turned heel, since it allowed me to hate him officially but eventually when he turned face again I started to appreciate him. In the end I liked him, and felt he was worth his place in the company at that time. Is he really in that bad shape now?

It'd be cool to see, if only to see him put the Ankle Lock on someone.

His age might be an issue for a full-time run, but I'd definitely mark if he was a surprise Rumble entrant.

Mannnnn You have no idea how much I'd freak out if this happened. I can like, see it in my head. You could easily set up the next PPV for that. Shamrock is eliminated from the Rumble by Lesnar. Lesnar is cheapshotted by Sheamus/(some other main eventer) and eliminated. Lesnar comes out on Raw to attack Sheamus/(some other main eventer), but is blindsided by Shamrock. Shamrock vs. Lesnar at Elimination Chamber where they beat the hell out of eachother before Lesnar cuts loose and makes Shamrock tap out. He F5's him a few more times for good measure before Sheamus/(some other main eventer) makes the save. Sheamus/(some other main eventer) vs. Lesnar at Wrestlemania.

The new Corporation has been lacking something and I think it's the ability to get into the zone. So let's make this happen.

I wonder if this has to do with the rumor that he is broke That's what I was about to post. Shamrock is Flair levels of broke. From what I heard he isn't doing too bad financially. But if anything I would say the reason why is asking for this is that He almost 50 and his skills in MMA have deteriorated to point where he can only fight soup cans and is pretty much now just a novelty act that will be brought in by promoters hoping to get some extra butts into seats with his name. That and any sort of deal with the UFC is out the of the question since He and Dana White hate each others guts.
