The night Foley won the title was awful.
Every match other than Foleys ended with someone walking out standing on the stage starring at the ring and causing a distraction.
I'm not exagarating either when I say "Every match other than Foleys"

Al Snow vs. Road Dogg from that night is hella fun.
...and as clean as you can get for a Hardcore match.

I'm surprised there are no episodes from 2000 on there

I'm definitely interested in this set. Some great matches, and some gems I'd completely forgotten about which sound like they'd be cool to see again, let alone own! How is the first Raw ever not included on this set though? I know its been previously released, but WWE is already guilty of recycling on its DVD/Blu-Ray sets. They could've definitely gotten away with that again here. The highest rated episode being on the set makes sense, but I'm genuinely curious about the lowest rated episode as well. I think it should also be included if only for historical purposes. Oh, and I wish they'd re-release that 1993 footage of Kevin Dunn in the production truck from a Raw VHS. The one with Rick Martel and Razor Ramon on the cover. I forget what it's called. In it, you see how WWF produced its TV back then during a Bam Bam Bigelow/Bastion Booger match. That special feature would be even more interesting to watch today in the HD era.

missing is Sept 14, 1998 RAW: Taker vs Mankind Streetfight Rock face turn Kane vs Rock Austin vs Shamrock for the title (1st time ever)
also, 2 of the greatest RAW matches ever (Dallas 10 man tag from February 2000 and HHH/Austin vs Benoit/Y2J from May 2001) are missing. I guess why. the episodes themselves werent good though aside from their main events
many episodes (Pipebomb, Nov 2009, March 97) were atrocious besides their "main events"

I'm surprised there are no episodes from 2000 on there I get the feeling that WWE really hates the year 2000, at least for Raw. The 15th Anniversary DVD only had one segment from that year.

Creative, talent, everything, was firing on all cylinders in a way they haven't replicated since.

I'm happy that the 1st episode of raw isn't one of the 20, cause I got that already with the raw 15th dvd! I believe the one raw is from the week after dude love debuted which Ive always had on tape, recorded from then, will be neat to watch the follow up episode!

Best RAW ever was the Bret-Austin street fight and it's not on here :-( The Bret-Austin fight is on the Falls Count Anywhere set.
