probably have my rankings in tomorrow. working on them now. took the initiative to looking them up without links Good initiative, terrible form. You, and all other judges, need to wait for the links from Cage because you don't know what version of the song got set to you. I don't think the songs should be posted without the links. Also, shouldn't song discussion be done via group PM? I mean, if judges are going to go vigilante on looking up our songs for us when we've already picked specific videos...? Love the variety I'm seeing. Good round, folks. EDIT: Disclaimer: I don't blame the judges or anything like that for looking up songs. I would be chomping at the bit too. Don't blame them at all. |

Maybe Cage can step out as Host for now and let one of the judges take over until his computer problems are resolved?
It seems that Cage can get on but is having problems with the songs. So, why not have one of the other judges take care of the songs for now and Cage can do the write-ups and such? Just far too much time between things.

I assume you mean the first Elimination Round when you refer to the Triple Threat elimination, as we'll have three Rounds first.
Cool, sort of combining the first Elimination Round with the second Round audition thing you had in Season VII.

Everybody picked some good songs this round! Not everybody, I thought some were pretty rotten, honestly. I've decided to take on the Simon Cowell role this season. I'm not going to sugar-coat anything with my analyses. If I think a song is terrible, I'll say so in my comments about it. I'm not doing this to be mean, but as a contestant, it was frustrating when everyone would heap praise upon my picks and then score them low, so I'm not going to do that. It makes it difficult to improve when you're not given any reason for your low scores, so I'm going to try my best to offer honest, constructive criticism to the contestants. I hope no one will take it personally. |

Since it's wide open, a Free Round is actually one of the hardest Rounds in a given Season because of the lack of parameters. I do hope Demented wants to marry my pick. |

I'll admit I am excited to see how my first pick fares. For those who enjoyed it, I hope to introduce more music like it throughout this competition.
Although that said I have no idea how long I'll last throughout this game considering how narrow my level of musical knowledge is. Especially considering I will only be submitting choices that I personally liked listening to.
Also, I'm hoping to see more of Pegasus's in-depth analysis. Those were a highlight of the last season from what I read.
