With the Batroc assault, we got a lil bit of the build up for Crossbones, so I was ok with the trade-off.

I have heard Renner say a few times he just isn't that in to making movies now, he wants more regular, stable work and is thinking about a switch to tv.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}The second credit scene should have been Hawkeye in a Hawaiian shirt, board shorts and flip flops, holding two suitcases & arriving back at SHIELD HQ. "Hey guys! What did I miss?"

With the Batroc assault, we got a lil bit of the build up for Crossbones, so I was ok with the trade-off. Apparently... {Spoiler}{Spoiler} the burn victim at the end is Crossbones . I saw the movie last night, it took a bit to pick up but when it did it was great. See, people behind Iron Man 3? THIS is how you do a superhero out of costume for much of the movie. On that note, Cap's WW2 costume > his Avengers one. Regarding the end credit scenes... {Spoiler}{Spoiler} yeah, just a typical "bad guy is still alive" bit. Like Thor 1. But the first one...good to "officially" see the twins. My friend cracked us all up when he waited for a silent pause and yelled, "They're MUTANTS!" Because Fox. This makes me wonder, though...has there been any live action examples of the same character(s) appearing for different studios around the same time? Black Widow continues to be underrated, IMO.

HAIL SABIN!!!! *drops random Shield agent with Cradleshock.* Since this is Cap we're talking about, there's one proper way to do this:

Honestly, I was surprised how well his Captain Rogers costume actually worked with the mask. At least in the movie. But yeah, the film adaptation of his WW2 costume is still the best.

So I finally got to see the movie today. Quick question, I'll spoiler is just in case it's necessary {Spoiler}When Cap and Widow were in the old SHIELD base in NJ, they came across framed photo's of Howard Stark and Peggy Carter. There was a third photo there, it went quick so I couldn't completely make it out, but was it of Colonel Phillips/Tommy Lee Jones character from the first film?

Yeah it looks like they realized the Avengers suit looked a lil 'off', so went back to classic.
Though the Secret Avengers suit with cowl was pretty sweet as well.

The body of the suit I was ok with, it's the cowl that bugged me a bit. I got used to it over the course of the film, but I'm glad the original is back.
