Skipper's cage walk is number 1, followed by Joe and Angle's first confrontation.
AJ's flip out of the cage onto Abyss before their Lockdown match is up there.

When it comes to truly iconic, they don't have any. They've had a bunch of wonderful moments over the years though:
- Kurt Angle debuting & headbutting Samoa Joe. - Sting joining them in 2003. - Christian defeating Jeff Jarrett to win the NWA title. - Gail Kim becoming the first KO champion. - Scott Steiner doing a frankensteiner in the 2006 Lethal Lockdown match. - The 5-star classic: Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles vs. Christopher Daniels. - The announcement of the Spike TV deal. - The cage-walk by Elix Skipper - AJ Styles in general.
These quite a few others, but those are the main ones that stick out to me. Ric Flair vs. Mick Foley on Impact is highly underrated too & featured a crazy bump by Foley was he was thrown off the stage through the merchandise table. The last great match of eithers career & very few people even know about it.

Dixie pleading: "Don't drive away in that car, AJ. ... Don't drive away."
We are watching history.

Sting-Angle at BFG 2007 had a true big match atmosphere and was a very good match too. I think that's one of the more iconic ones for me, even if both guys were more well known for their work outside TNA. The fact is, this dream match was only happening on TNA programming so I think it was a big deal.

Funnily enough, I just watched "TNA's 50 Greatest Moments" yesterday. And it made me sad to see just how far the excitement level has fallen in the company in the last few years.
Even though none of the moments in the dvd occurred later than 2005 (or possibly 2006), there was plenty to enjoy in the presentation.

- The Angle Announcement when Jarrett is standing in the ring totally shocked - Angle's debut where he headbutted Joe. Specifically the image of a bloodied Joe rising behind Angle - Angle's moonsault off the cage at Lockdown '10 - Elix Skipper goes cage walking. - Sting no-sells Jarrett's guitar shot at BFG '06 - Christian beats Jarrett for the belt at Against All Odds '06 (the best way to overbook a match ever, loved it!) - AJ wins the 4-Way at No Surrender '09 and celebrated with Daniels and the fans - The entirety of AJ/Daniels/Joe @ Unbreakable. - AJ getting dropkicked off the Ultimate X structure either by Sabin or Petey - can't remember which. - AJ getting thrown off the top of Lethal Lockdown by Angle - AJ flying OVER the crowd at Lockdown '05 in his match with Abyss - Jeff doing the Swanton Bomb off the top of the stage structure onto Abyss and the tables below in Monster's Ball at Bound For Glory. - Aries beats Roode at Destination X 2012.
And as much as I hate to admit it, Hulk returning to the good side and helping Sting at BFG '11.
There's probably been tons more but those are the one's that immediately sprung to mind.
