Well, if he's not at WrestleMania, we know the PPV Hogan's returning at now. But whose side is he on?!

I'm a bit skeptical. WWE had The Great American Bash before it turned into The Bash, and now it's MITB. I'd love Halloween Havoc and WarGames to return, but I'll wait and see.

I believe WWE should do what WCW Nitro did back then, have them be live in Panama City Beach FL and do a Spring Break Out. Make them do a Raw event by the beach.

I'm really shocked we haven't seen a team based Elimination Chamber yet. I'd rather see that than a War Games match. They should've done that earlier this year with Shield vs. Team Muscular Guys instead of a regular 6 man tag.

Having not seen much of WCW during its heyday, what were the War Games matches like? And which were the best of them? I don't know why people have such a hard on for these. Sure the first ones were good, but like Hell in a Cell, it depends on context. And like Survivor series, it's hard to get 8 random guys all in the same fued. Anyways, it's a team of 4 vs. a team of 4. 2 men start and every 2 minutes a new man enters. Meanwhile "in the back" a referee flips a coin to determine with team sends out their next man. So there's a 2:1 advantage every other round. Did I mention that during this 20 minute melee, there are no pinfalls or submissions because You have to wait until everyone has entered (a good 20 minutes later) for the "Match beyond" to start when the match officially starts and then people can start getting pinned. I should also point out that it's not an elimination match. So the last guy could come in after 20 minutes and the match could end like 5 minutes after that. This concept only works in truly heated blood fueds where the point is to watch someone get their ass kicked for 20 minutes rather than "Ooh I wonder who's going to win".

If WWE must bring back an old WCW ppv name, it should be Halloween Havoc. But Vince McMahon probably has an irrational hatred of the word "Havoc" or something... I'd truly love if Halloween Havoc came back. CM Punk would have a proper reason to wear his Halloween style tights. Also, it would be a great PPV to bring back The Boogeyman, the Yeti & other spooky characters. Bring in a Swamp monsters, a Frankenstein & a Vampire or two.

Even with the PG rating, I'm sure the Divas can wear something conservative yet alluring. Cody Rhodes vs. Brad Maddox in some kind of comedy hardcore match similar to the Miracle on 34th Street Fight, but implementing beach balls, boogie boards, and someone taking a DDT on a sand castle. Zack Ryder has the perfect look of a "beach guy" so he has to be in a segment somewhere. A segment where Josh Mathews builds the perfect sand castle and Ryback demolishes it Miz and Alex Riley doing MC/hosting duties in boardshorts and sandals. Most importantly there had to be a segment where HHH piles sand on someone.

It was someone's job to make all those sand-castles. Someone on this planet was paid to do that. Think about that.

Why not make the October PPV Halloween Havoc? Or even better, make the September PPV Fall Brawl and have War Games on that show. Bash at the Beach and Summerslam cannot exist in the same universe. No. No, I will not accept that as reality.

I would like if they rotated in one old WCW PPV a year. Let's say in 2014 we get Bash at the Beach from Panama City, in 2015 is the return of War Games (book it somewhere like Atlanta), 2016 Halloween Havoc (Las Vegas), and rotate those three every three years. Maybe once in a great while you could mix in a Spring Stampede, Fall Brawl, Slamboree, or Uncensored.

I always figured they never did War Games because the extra ring took up tons of pricey ringside seats. Would the buyrate really make up for the loss of $300/$400 seats?
Also, I always found the match boring, especially the first 20 minutes. And do we have a count of how many times the heels have won the coin toss? I always seem to remember the heels winning.
