Agree with #1. HHH/Taker should be #2 in my opinion though, absolutely tremendous match that managed to top their excellent WM27 clash. Total show saver for 'Mania for the second year in a row. In fact it's pretty close to being as good as Cactus/HHH was. HBK/Taker was excellent too. Apart from that, there haven't been THAT many good HIAC matches to be honest. HHH/Batista and Taker/Lesnar were both good too though. Decent list.

Notice how none of the HiaC's from the HiaC ppvs are on the list. And rightfully so. All of them are forgettable.

That Michaels-Helmsley Hell in a Cell was incredibly long & extremely boring. I don't know how in the hell it can be considered one of the best Cell matches ever.
