I probably have most of that completely wrong, but even fixed it wouldn't make a lick of sense.

Hahaha, I had completely forgotten about that awful JoMo shirt. For me, the biggest one that sticks out is Cena's "HUSTLE LOYALTY AND RESPECT!" I've been a Cena for almost a decade now and I still don't understand it completely. I get the loyalty and respect part but where does the hustle come in? Be a huge company shill that pisses people off so that you can make tons of money? Hey, he hustled to get to that rarefied atmosphere, didn't he? I'm not defending him being a shill once he got there, but he came a long way from that bleach blonde jobber on Smackdown.

I have yet more Rock ones, "Popcorn Fart" and something like "How's your lips? I'll slap them off your face?" Yeah, both of those were really, really terrible

"Popcorn-fart". you can point to that as the moment where the Rock realized he can combine any 2 words he wanted no matter how dumb it was and the crowd would still pop for it.

Benoit = "Prove Me Wrong" Never understood it. I actually really liked this one. Or at least, it would make sense with a better promo guy than Benoyt. Prove Me Wrong is actually one of my favourite short-lived catchphrases. The whole idea of it was "You don't like what I'm saying? Then fight me and try and shut me up". For a guy like Benoit who was one of the most technically talented guys, it worked perfectly. Delivery wise though, yeah didn't work out.

I know it's not WWF/E, but Konnan eventually moved to threatening that his foes would peel his potatoes and toss his salad.
I win.

Both 'If you smell what the Rock is cooking' What was this even supposed to mean? I get that it's a Rock catchphrase and as such naturally makes no sense but at least the others could have kind of worked as insults a toddler would make. It originated at Wrestlemania 14 when Gennifer Flowers did a sit-down interview with Rock. She basically asked him questions like he was a politician, and to one he answered and then said to Flowers "If you smell what I'm cooking." It basically meant, at the time: "If you know what I mean." And Rock tweaked it the next night to fit his 3rd person shtick, and the rest was history. www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2QUZ9T_KhI

If you want some, come get some. If you don't like me, bite me. Rick Steiner was f***ing terrible. All the time. it did however lead to that hilarious time when Rick Steiner showed up in Columbus, OH on OSU's campus wearing his Michigan letter jacket and said: "I am the DFG, and I come from the baddest school in the land, so if any of you buttnuts want some, come get some. If you don't like me, bite me!"

The "How do you like me now?" (RE: Harcore Holly) That's probably the one I was thinking of, which made no sense because I think he was a heel at the time. Honky Tonk Man used the same one for his "official" heel turn, but it worked in that instance because he was playing a heel who thought he was a face until a fan vote showed him how "hated" he was.

DX's catchphrase makes no sense.
"Let's get ready to suck it." "And if you're not down with that we've got two words for you - suck it."

Wasn't there a "Popcorn Fart" T-Shirt? That was about the only thing to fall out of The Rock's mouth that they didn't slap in white text on a black T-shirt. Remember "Hit It Fast, Hit It Strong?"

Really? Really? Really? Really? Really? Really? Another stupid Miz one that actually works (when he doesn't go on for too long with it, more than three times gets pretty stupid). It sort of reminds me of Booker T's "Tell me you did not just say that".
