Man, doing this shit with Angle is just asking for a Boy Crying Wolf situation. Seriously. Stirring up a lot of bad mojo.

I'll admit I actually enjoyed that show. Might more to do with sitting here and joking around in the thread but I had fun watching for the first time in awhile. Also, strangely liked the ending. It reminded me of the days someone would get destroyed and you'd wonder if they could comeback, actually create interest in the next show rather than send people home happy and with no concerns. Granted I wish it wasn't Angle doing it to himself, prefer if it was him getting Pillmanized after pissing Roode off or something but it left me wanting more.

So is Kurt the greatest actor ever or about to die? Find out as Impact rolls on.

Bobby Roode destroyed Kurt Angle.
This is why he was the 1st ever EGO HoF inductee.

That was a much better Impact than last weeks. Really the only problems was not enough pans of Christy in that costume and whose brilliant idea was it not only to end the main event but the show with 4 minutes of Angle having a seizure. Please tell this isn't going to be a storyline involving Kurt Angle.

After a lacklustre BFG, tonight's Impact was great. Really nice balance between wrestling and promos/skits, some golden BI segments (as per usual) although the in-ring segment fell a bit flat because of the crowd (the second taping curse, maybe?).
Am loving the Bro-Mans and the EY/Park teams. Dixie is really growing into her heel work and the opening segment was a great way to start off a re-set..... "This is our Main Event roster f***ers, enjoy!"
All in all, I really enjoyed that show although I admit, I'm starting to veer a little towards the "Is Magnus ever going to get beyond the "has potential" to "he's got it"" way of thinking. I was kind of hoping BI, EY or Manik would win the Gauntlet. Magnus was probably my fifth or sixth choice, which maybe doesn't bode well for any push considering I've always kind of liked him.
Oh yeah, and EC3 has a lot of potential, but after three jobbers he really needs to start taking apart some midcarders.

Oh yeah, and EC3 has a lot of potential, but after three jobbers he really needs to start taking apart some midcarders. Except with how the matches have been going if he goes against a mid carder he should be horribly destroyed. He's not just running over jobbers (I forget last nights match) but his opponents spent most of the match on offense and getting near falls. As I said last week I believe they are going for a pure nepotism gimmick for him as in there is literally no other reason he was hired other than he is Dixie's nephew.

The BroMans and Bad Influence are my favorite teams right now. Bad Influence has reinforced how awesome Christopher Daniels is, and did something I didn't realize could be done and make me care about Kazarian. Not that he was ever a bad worker or anything, but he's so much more entertaining now. And the BroMans are working their gimmick perfectly. I've mentioned it before but they are basically Zack Ryder done the right way. That gimmick needs to be done by comedic heels. Except with how the matches have been going if he goes against a mid carder he should be horribly destroyed. I hope not, because that's a pretty lousy gimmick once Heel Dixie runs its course.
