Not necessarily which ones you like the most, but just which ones you've seen the most of. For instance, I love a lot of what I've seen of the AWA, but damn is it hard to track down footage of it.
Anyway, to the best of my recollection here is my top 4:
WWF/WWE WCW TNA ECW

In order:
WWE/WWF WCW ECW (original) TNA (I've also had the pleasure of attending show by all four of those promotions).
Also, I used to sometimes watch WOW when that was on late Saturday nights a zillion years ago. Don't know if that counts.

I've mostly watched WWE since they were pretty much the only game in town by the time I started really getting into wrestling, sadly.
To make up for this, I've been watching TNA and ROH in recent times.

I'll admit it - I've been a diehard WWF/E fan for 23 years now, so it comprises the bulk of my viewership. I watched both major promotions during the height of the Monday Night Wars in 1997 and 1998, but after the Fingerpoke of Doom, it was back to WWF-only. I've seen like maybe 2 or 3 episodes of Impact in the decade that TNA's been around, and a few ROH matches, but for the most part, it's been strictly WWF/E.

If I had to break it down by percentage it would have to be something like:
WWE: 94% WCW: 3% AWA: 1% TNA: 1% Everything else Combined: something less than 1%

My top four:
IWC - I've seen roughly 75% of their shows, going all the way back to 2002.
TNA - I was a diehard fan from 2004 to April 2010, and again from April 2012 to last July. I saw every episode of Impact and purchased most of the PPVs produced in that time.
WWE - Regular viewer from December 1999 to sometime in 2006. I picked it back up at the beginning of the "Raw is Anarchy" angle in 2008 and haven't stopped since.
PWX/NWA East - I've seen roughly three years worth of shows. I would watch more - a lot more - but they don't make it easy. Seeing them live is not an option, since I don't live anywhere close to Pittsburgh anymore. Their DVD releases of their shows are hit and miss availability wise, and will randomly disappear from their site. They mainly rely on their local TV show, but it's near impossible for a non-Pittsburgher to see without spending a fortune.

WWE. Been watching for three years now, I was aware of it and kinda liked it at a younger age but it's difficult to say that I was a fan back then. The catalyst for me looking at wrestling again was a friends insane love of Batista during his heel run before he left, he would not stop talking about how awesome he was. The first show I watched when trying to get back into it I remember there being a three-way between Orton, Batista and Sheamus and I remember remarking that Orton looked like a mini-Batista and laughing at WWE having it's own little Irish stereotype in Sheamus. Sheamus went on to be one of my favourite guys currently.
PWG. Two years, I started watching it because I missed Steen after he left ROH, currently my favourite wrestling promotion. First show I managed to watch was Steen/Generico in a ladder match on my birthday, two of my favourite wrestlers going at it on my birthday, almost too perfect to be co-incidental.
ROH. I guess I watched for like a year, the site I would watch RAW on would show ROH beforehand and I decided to watch it, managed to catch the last half of the Steen/Generico feud and I point to that feud as being the reason I became a fan. Stopped watching when the HDNet deal ended, I tried to go back to it but it just didn't grab me like it used to.
TNA. Watched for a year, started watching it to form my own opinion of it, I did the same for CZW. I enjoyed parts of it but Roode not taking the title from an injured Angle at Bound for Glory and Storm randomly getting a shot and winning it and then the next week Roode won it from him in the next TV tapings pissed me off so much I stopped watching.

WWF/E, by a mile. ROH is 2nd, with TNA coming in 3rd.

WWE is a default leader in this BC well...they were the only game in town for w good while. Before they put wcw out of business, It would easily have been NWA/WCW, WWF, World Class then everybody else I watched nothing but TNA from 2005-early 2012... Then I just gave up

A top 3 I can do.
1. WWE (I still like the stuff from the 90's and they are the promotion that hooked me, not a fan these days though)
2. WCW (This is my favourite company ever. I love the 99-01 era)
3. TNA (My favourite current promotion)
