I'm going with what the OP said. Realistic options. Therefore, I'm only using guys on the WWE roster as of right now...
WWE Championship Match Daniel Bryan v. Randy Orton (c)
World Heavyweight Title Match Undertaker v. John Cena (c) (If Taker is retiring, he deserves to retire as WHC...period)
Pre-requisite battle royal in the preshow, but make it during the regular show.
IC Title Match Damien Sandow v. Roman Reigns (c)
US Title Match: Dean Ambrose v. Bray Wyatt (c)
Tag Title Match Prime Time Players v. Real Americans (c)
HHH v. Big Show
MITB: Rollins v. Fandango v. Kofi v. Sin Cara v. Christian v. Barrett v. Ziggler v. ADR
Punk v. Lesnar

WWE Championship: Randy Orton vs Royal Rumble Winner Sheamus
World Heavyweight Championship: John Cena vs TBA
Shawn Michaels vs Daniel Bryan: This is the “will-it or won’t-it” match. Michaels tries to get out of the match by saying that he made a promise to the Undertaker…only for Taker to come out and give his blessing.
Ryback vs Goldberg: Ryback does his bully thing. He demands that the WWE Feed. Him. More. Out comes Goldberg. Boom. Match.
Past and Present Battle Royal: Hogan, Flair, Warrior, Piper, Vader, Booker T, Terry Funk, and any of the current guys who aren’t on the card in an over-the-top rope battle royal. The winner gets a shot at John Cena’s World Heavyweight Championship. Edge as the time-keeper. Iron Shiek on commentary.
The Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar: Playing up their history.
Steve Austin vs CM Punk: Why not?
Tag Team Championship triple-threat Lumberjack Match (Legendary Tag-Teams surround the ring)
IC/US Championship Unification Lumberjack Match (Great IC/US Champions surround the ring)
Divas Championship match AJ w/ Lita vs a Kharma w/ Chyna
Best for Business: Vince (w/ a bunch of Legends) vs HHH (w/ the Authority)
Hall of Fame: The Rock (Inducted by Steve Austin) Goldberg (Inducted by DDP) The NWO (Inducted by Sting) Warrior (Inducted by HHH) Sable (Inducted by Jerry Lawler) Randy Savage (Inducted by Vince McMahon)
