....you're 6 days away from Wrestlemania..... and you have no matches on the card.
Also, since Smackdown is going to just be a highlight show that week, you are commissioned to do a brand new gimmick episode of Raw (i.e. Old School, Christmas Episode, Reunion, etc.) that's never been done before. What do you do?
Also, remember you still have Miz as the top babyface and as WWE champ. Go for it in the comments.

I'd book a series of "do or die" matches. The winner of each match is guarenteed a spot at Wrestlemania. If the match is a tag team match (playa), only the person who gets the pin moves on. At the end of the night, each person is asked about their personal "Wrestlemania moment." They can pick a partner, an opponent, a title, etc.

I'd honestly legit screwjob Miz out of the title on Raw. I'm actually a fan of the guy but I don't think anything else would create as much buzz or as many buyrates as that in such a short time period. And then for Mania, just put out offer to the biggest past names there are with money as no object, and also host some smarky matches too. Something for everyone.
And the Raw theme? I dunno, maybe just have Kofi run and dance around the ring while Cole shouts "JAMAICAN ME HORNY! JAMAICAN ME HORNY!" for 3 hours.

6 days before Mania, say hello to Comic Book Raw. Raw plays out like a comic book. You've got the faces dressed as superheroes, heels as villains, and the main event of Mania is set up as the Miz defending the world (of WWE) against the top threat.

I'd declare that for the first time in WWE history, two Royal Rumbles will be held in one year, with Wrestlemania hosting the second one.
The winner becomes WWE champion (I'd book some sort of controversy causing it to be held up).
RAW would consist entirely of qualifying matches, except for Miz, who must compete from #1 and I'd hire mooks to try and take him out throughout the Rumble.

Raw: The Path of champions
Every match winner gets a title shot at mania
(ie each title has a match, so the winner of the tag team triple threat gets a tag title shot, winner of the battle royal gets world title shot etc.)
Then Mania merges with Night Of Champions to become Wrestlemania: 30 years of champions.
Hell whilst at it why not announce a 30 man gimmick battle royal in which there is a competitor present from every one of the 29 past manias with spot number 30 going to whoever wins an NXT tournament at Fan Axxess, through Raw you can announce a few competitors through hillarious skits, but dont blow your load, hold some back for the ppv, maybe drop some hints at who some of the competitors will be, have fun with it.
A rather uncreative solution but meh it works.

At that point, there isn't enough time for promotion even with huge stars so I'd rush a quick filler card for Mania with the purpose of setting up the most insane, hyped up, star-studded Extreme Rules (actually, screw that, it'd be Backlash) of all time.
