I don't know, I think having more real tag teams will mean Teddy won't be able to improvise putting singles guys who happen to be in the ring at the same time into tag matches anymore.

Imagine if they turned the whole roster into tag teams! I think The Beard and The Best is pretty much Teddy Long's wet dream. Two singles guys with an alliance and a tag name means there will be lots of spontaneous tag team main events.

I think it's officially the strongest in years, not just shaping up to be. Even when they tried to get it going last year it wasn't this good. Even if/when the Rhodes Brothers and Real Americans break up there's a lot of good teams that can fill the void. The only way we'll know if the tag division is doing good is if the tag titles are still relevant when there aren't any "super teams" holding the belts. but during the days of E & C, the Dudleyz and the Hardyz super teams frequently picked up the belts.

Actually, the Hardys/E&C/Hardys era halted quite a bit of the whole "super teams" in the tag team division, especially in comparison to 1999 when you had The Unholy Alliance, Kane and X-Pac, and The Rock and Sock Connection holding the titles in between New Age Outlaw breakups. Rock and Undertaker got a three day title reign that no one remembers at the end of 2000, but that was the only team of singles main eventers that held the title from Wrestlemania 16 to 17. It wasn't until they started using the Hardys for singles titles and they started breaking up Edge and Christian did we see things like the Two Man Power Trip and the Brothers of Destruction winning the titles.

I don't get it. At all. It's kind of a small horse, I mean what am I missing? Am I crazy?

They certianly have a great amount of talent in the tag division if they can manage to not screw it up
