Put Curtis Axel in the Real Americans......

He's no longer a Heyman guy, the whole idea of him using the Mr. Perfect gimmick is ruined, and he lost the IC title after an awful reign. Why not put him in the stable? He kind of works for that. Zeb could be his mouthpiece like he is for the other members, and with a great wrestling background, he'd fit right in. Plus, it could open the door for a Cesaro face turn as maybe a weirdly annoying Curtis Axel tries so hard to insert himself into the stable and becomes anal about it, leading Antonio to strike out on his own. Thoughts? I mean, there's no way I could personally take Curtis Axel seriously in his current gimmick ever again, so why not? Go for it in the comments.

I've thought about this. Cesaro's obviously going to split and turn face sooner or later, since he doesn't really fit the team's gimmick and his one big thing is a fan-popping comedy spot, but Swagger isn't interesting enough to work as a singles guy, so he could use a new partner. Axel would be a good choice for this, since he really needs a mouthpiece and a tag partner to balance out his blandly competent mediocrity.

I'd love for Alex Riley to get some kind of push, but I feel like working as a heel would be a waste of his charisma and athletic ability (based on watching his past heel work). Like I can see him limiting himself in the ring to avoid getting cheered and that would take away any enjoyment and would be a big slap in the face to those who waited so long for Riley to get pushed. It may look like Alex Riley and sound like Alex Riley. And Curtis does work well in a tag team. He did some great stuff with Otunga. Until the Real Americans came along, they'd done probably the most interesting double-team stuff in years.

That's what I thought of when I read this topic. He could try to join Tons of Funk,Los Matadores,3MB,etc.. and muck things up for them.
