They'll settle this the day they lose the vest and go bare chest and who gets the most screams will be the breakout star with Vince doing this on the ramp:

I actually wonder if they are not grooming him to essentially be the new Kofi, what with Kofi getting up there in age and still not getting much of anything in terms of growth. I wouldn't say 32 is "getting up there in age", personally, but his lack of growth as a character is a concern.

History tends to paint a picture of people slowing down in terms of style after about this point. Or, ending up like Rey Mysterio.

A change in style would probably benefit him, to be honest. People just don't pop for a lot of his stuff any more, so maybe a heel turn and a less flashy move set would work.

All of 'em are going to do good IMO. Exactly, why can't we just look at them as the next Cena, Orton, and Batista? Why are we trying to janetty the ones you don't like as much? Yeah, people have this weird fascination when it comes to stables & tag teams that only one of them is allowed to become a big star when they go solo. If the shield breaks up and we get three great singles guys all upper-to-main event status, isn't that better than just one Shawn Michaels and 2 Marty Janettys? The three of them have something that could make them work post-Shield, but it remains to be seen who WWE, or the crowds get behind.

For the life of me, I'll never understand why tag teams are broken up just to groom one of the wrestlers for a singles push.

Rollins is a less-talented version of Evan Bourne. No way, no how, will WWE management be deluded enough to give him into type of a significant singles push.

I don't know, I just can't see it tbh. Then again I never thought Daniel Bryan would catch fire like he has, so who knows. Rollins definitely needs something to get him to the dance though i.e. the YES chant. He did that one-man-mosh-pit thing when he was NXT Champ, I think he's the main candidate to win the next MITB especially if it's getting brought back for the Nawleans WrestleMania card.

Bourne is a more talented spot-monkey I'll give him that. But Rollins would wrestle circles around Evan Bourne, and probably steal his shooting-star-press finisher just because he can.

All 3 will come out and be future Main Eventers.
Reigns is being groomed as the 'next big thing' and they're doing a great job with him. Also having him work with Bryan, Punk, Rhodes, Golddust, he'll only improve, considering how far he's come from when The Shield debuted.
Rollins and Ambrose are light years ahead in the ring, than most of the WWE roster already. Their matches together in FCW were up there as MotY contenders and are much like Bryan who can have a great match with anyone! Along with their promo skills that just keep improving, their spots in the main event are almost guaranteed.
I see a Reigns vs Rollins vs Ambrose in a TLC for the WWE Title in the future.
