JR because it was funny seeing his "f*** this company" look.

I have kind of a soft spot for when Miz turned on Morrison when, y'know... It was entirely Morrison's fault that he got drafted.

In terms of changing the whole landscape it has to be Cena to RAW in 2005. Was a great moment too.

I was watching the 2002 Draft recently and I still don't understand how Flair could draft the collective unit of the NWO. That said, Cena in 2005 literally changed everything and placed him as THE face of the WWE.

Edge in 2004, particularly due to the Spear on Bischoff (Which looked absolutely brutal).

Has to easily be when the Big Show was drafted to Raw ... wait .. no, had to be when he was drafted to Smackdown ... no no! had to be when he was drafted to Raw/Smackdown.
My personal favourite though had to be when Edge was drafted to Raw in 2010 - mainly because of the story that went with it. Edge saying he planned his big return & pandering to the crowd so he could be the top guy on Smackdown, only for all that to be ruined when he was drafted. Loved the story.

It's always a great draft when you get a guy who on his own is worth a Booker T and two Dudleys.

The Undertaker being the number one draft pick for RAW in the Brand Extension in 2002. It spawned my signature.
